It had been a while since I ate at the particular location and that’s mainly because the service had went down over the years. I noticed that the prices went up but the quality of the food stayed the same. It wasn’t bad just wasn’t worth what I paid for a nice meal. The drink wasn’t made correctly and I paid almost 4 bucks for it. I think the overall expectation of restaurants have went down tremendously since the pandemic and hopefully maybe one day eufaula could restore its core values and not bring in anymore pointless businesses

Asian salad it's nasty.. it's a bed of lettuce on a pool of a salty dressing that they add you got no control over it

I went to Zaxbys in Eufaula, AL yesterday as I do very often but yesterday's experience was extremely bad!!!
So much so that I'll never go back there! We ordered our food and got to the window to pick it up and the young boy had our drinks mixed up. He didn't know which was one was which! So we had to open the lids and taste them to determine what drink it was! As we were doing this the manager came out and rudely screamed at us that "we have received our service and we needed to go". This was the Manager on duty!!
This is a terrible way to treat your customers!!
We were given the wrong drinks and no sauce for our chicken!!! This is unacceptable treatment and awful customers service!!
So we paid for food we didn't get but got treated rudely by the management!!
Crazy ...They'll never get my service there again!

Every time I get my food it's something wrong with it or I'm missing something I paid for. Still the same four years later. No napkins in the bag. My taco got enough ranch to fill up a bottle. It was running all down my arm and I didn't have any napkins. I didn't get the strawberry dip for my cheesecake bites. And I live 30 miles away.

Good chicken tenders and a large chicken salad. The salad was huge and big enough for 2-3 people. Very friendly cashiers and the place was clean. They had a person who kept up bussing the tables. I like to see that.

Stopped by on our way to Florida, the service was impeccable and the food was hot and fresh! Have to give kudos to the girl in the red shirt up front, I was very indecisive and she was very patient!

One would think when you pay $26.00 you would get everything that comes with the meal. Ordered 2 chicken fingers meals but when I got home no coleslaw. Which happens to be my Mom's favorite.

I tried their new chicken tacos. Great flavor but disappointed that the chicken was about the size of my thumb. It was only $3+, but I’d rather pay more for a chicken strip that was, at the least, the length of the flour tortilla. Or give me an option to upsize ?
