They do not open on time I'm outside now at 6;05 and employees are just now coming to work. Yesterday we got there at 6 and was told it would be 30 minutes before they started taking orders. You need management!!!

The food was decent but could have done without the wait or the attitude from the young girl working the register. She acted like it was an inconvenience to take our order then when I told her we wanted coffee and not soda (with breakfast) cue more attitude. Then there was no coffee so she had to brew it which I think she poured before the brew was over because it was very watered down. We finally get our food only to notice we're missing a biscuit, had to wait another 10 minutes for that. The girl again threw attitude that she already gave us our food, yes but it wasn't complete. Very disappointing experience.

Horrible customer service. Forgot part of our order. Extremely rude and long wait. They didn’t have half of the breakfast menu available and then gave us rude service when they forgot our coffees after explaining that was our drink. What should have been a 10 minute stop turned into 30 minutes.

Waiting 45 minutes for them to open, according to the store employees that happens whenever they feel like it. Some of us have a schedule AND a work ethic and need to things to happen more or less on time. I waited until 6:20 to even attempt to go here, Even their own website says they open at 6am.

This place puts cones in drive thru so they don't have to take orders on ther regular. This is our 3rd time experiencing this issue at this location .

Came in here to get breakfast on Nov 27 at 0550 am and no one was in there to take my order came back out to the truck to find the employee smoking a joint in the parking lot. Start drug testing your employees.
