The cashier’s customer service was horrible. We stood there for 2 mins waiting for her to acknowledge us and it never happened because she was in her phone.

Our impromptu stop at Hardee’s was rewarded with great food and better service. Lee Howard was so kind and friendly, he helped us have a great first experience at Hardee’s. His efficient, effective & positive leadership was apparent. We would highly recommend this location and any other under his management.

friendly staff. Biscuits were fresh. Pork chop biscuit wasnt great the meat was dried out. steak biscuit was AMAZING. butter biscuits were awesome. orange juice was cold and perfect.

Good customer service each time I've patronize this establishment. I've seen restaurants come and go in this town big and small but Hardee's survives and apparently thrives. I was greeted by a young lady eagerly in wait for my order request as she multi task with assisting drive thru work teammates. My order took little time as the apparent lady manager Ms. Kim greeted me with a smile to assure I was doing well and my order was being processed satisfactory. The location has good parking space and convenient drive-thru access. I decided to place my eyes on the people taking my order and cooking it as well. The best part was the meeting and greeting. The food has always been good and filling. Next time I will take pics of Dining room and inspect the restroom.

No way. Both orders wrong. Dining room smells. Fries were covered in salt. Staff was screaming at each other the whole time. I love Hardee’s, but this location is horrible.

I ordered a biscuit cost $4.98. Gave the cashier at $20 and she only gave me 2 cents back. Also she never said hello, confirmed my order or even looked at me. I asked for the rest of my change and she tried to tell me I only have her a $5. It took several attempts to get my correct change.

I love to stop by Hardee’s when I travel . The fried chicken is amazing. I was telling my friends about it so we stopped and got a 10 piece to go.
As we drove up to pay and pick up she had no clue about tbe order. Then when she kept asking my friend kept saying . Just a 10 piece box.
When we finally got it the bill was over $20 . My friend Driving just paid it. I said this can’t be right. I looked in she had put 2 orders of biscuits and chicken.i went in to return biscuits and they couldn’t figure out how to return the money, then another came in to straighten out her order and they said we will get your because no mo ey changed hands with them just wrong order. By this time I had been there 10 minutes. There were 4 people just standing around. The manager I assume, was just standing there so I said can you please help. We need to get on the rode. I was not rude, that I can promise you, she just turned her back to me and tbe other 3 just kept on talking.
By the time I got back in the car it had been over 20 minutes. I am letting you know because I have owned several businesses and I have never seen such rude people mainly the manager . The others just watched her. 20 minutes to get 10$ back and Hardees has always been my favorite. I was so sad when it closed in Fairhope. Ate there several times a week..
