The staff at this Hardee’s location was superb. I had a brief wait to order, which one of the cooks noticed, so he asked which biscuit he should start for me while I waited. Once it was my turn to order, the lady behind the counter was sweet and worked quickly. This is the type of efficiency I expect from a fast food restaurant but the work done by the staff during my visit was above and beyond, thank you!

Stopped in yesterday on a short road trip. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the burger and fries were. I didn't expect much, but we were looking for something quick. If you're ever passing by, stop in. It's actually good.

No electrical outlets to charge your phone while you eat. Not a single outlet on any wall all around this restaurant. The WI-FI Guest Spot is LOCKED. (No internet). The better option will be to stop at the truck-stops in Pintlala or Hope Hull AL, if you are looking for a place to charge the phone and check your E-mail during your pit stops. Remember, there isn't much of anything between Mobile and Montgomery AL on I-65.

People were nice to us, bickered amongst eachother. Service was slow despite being mostly empty. Food was cold, cheese wasn’t even a little melted on my burger.

This place is ridiculous. Lobby closed and cars lined up down the street and the GM came to the door looking absolutely terrible. Great job with turning several people away for lack of help. Will never go back.

They close at 8. On three separate occasions we have gone up at 7:00 or around 7:20 and they will not cook chicken tenders because they're frozen. They had no gravy tonight which is Friday the 13th. They also had no sweet tea tonight because I didn't want to make anymore. This was at 7:25 p.m. . On another occasion we drove up at about 7:15 and the workers were hiding in the back and didn't even answer when we pulled up to the menu. Then we went across the street to KFC and Taco Bell and we spotted them come out from the back of the restaurant and start cleaning the tables and putting the chairs up. It seems that they just don't want to do their job and they don't want to do anything if it's 7:00 or later. This is ridiculous and I don't see how this place stays open. The owner needs to be watching a little more closely.

Staff was so SLOW it was ridiculous. Waited 3.5 minutes to place our order while counter person leaned on back counter yelling I need a small hamburger. Manager ineffective. Every single customer waited a great length of time to order then even longer for food. It was not that busy and there were at least 4 staff including the manager present. There were 2 groups of customers who walked out due to staff inattention. A lot of yelling by staff to communicate that could have been alleviated by speaking quietly and reading the order boards.
