Stopped by just to get a coke. Drive thru closed. Went in to order. Lady said I had to use the self ordering thing put my order it. Said order sent to kitchen went to the counter lady said my order not in kitchen. Lady got pissed Never stop there again. Acted like kill her to take my order.

Place an order via the app for curb side pickup. After 10 minutes of waiting and having food served to two other vehicles that arrived after I did, I went inside to inquire. Had to wait another 5 minutes or so before I was seen by any staff. There was a line of 10 or so people waiting, but most had ordered. Meanwhile, three or four staff members were discussing their upcoming work schedule while my order was sitting on one of the back counter for several minutes, as the one older lady that was working took it off the back counter and placed it on the front counter and then went to get the drinks. I then told her that was mine and asked why it took so long and she said, "We're backed up." This was not a case of waiting for fries or other food to be cooked/prepared. It was a case of ine person trying to do the work of four. Felt sorry for her having to work with others that didn't care to provide even basic service. Order was correct, and food was fine, but service was awful.

The selection of Conecuh products are huge!!! This was my first time being in the actual store but I had a very memorable experience.
Drive thru has hirrible dispisition on her face...very abrupt... vwry displeasing ughh feeling.... thats all!

went to the drive through and went to provide my code and the worker said “oh jesus, what is it?”. and then they said they weren’t serving frappes. also tried to go through the second drive through lane at first and no one took our order, two people got their order taken at the first lane, we had to go around and wait for 2 more cars. this was 7:30-7:50 am on 11/30/24.
