Took way too long to get a 10 pc with fries. Person taking our order was either rude or always confused, either way it was a bad experience. Fries were overcooked and all tasted burnt.

Went there at around 9:30 on Friday night and after sitting in the drive thru for a while we were told that they would not be taking any more orders. She said the crew was leaving and she was done.

Went in and ordered through the kiosk and took 30 minutes when someone ordered after us and had their food right out. I asked for tea since the one in the lobby was out took another 10 minutes before getting it. Staff in there was absolutely rude. Will never be back ever and honestly don’t know how there even open with staff being so rude and the store is not clean at all
I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal, but only received 8 nuggets. I was also only given one bbq sauce, when this meal comes with two sauces. I also waited over 15 minutes. Ridiculous.

Order through the kiosk and the machine did not print a receipt. How am I supposed to tell what my order is? Yelled at across the lobby that the macchiato machine is down. Rude employees when asking what food and order was available. Will not be returning.
