Typical bad McDonald’s service. Claimed my order was cancelled and refused to elaborate further. I showed my receipt from the mobile order and was not assisted and just kept being told it was cancelled. I got a refund from the app and left. Don’t waste your time here.

Stopped by just to get a coke. Drive thru closed. Went in to order. Lady said I had to use the self ordering thing put my order it. Said order sent to kitchen went to the counter lady said my order not in kitchen. Lady got pissed Never stop there again. Acted like kill her to take my order.

Place an order via the app for curb side pickup. After 10 minutes of waiting and having food served to two other vehicles that arrived after I did, I went inside to inquire. Had to wait another 5 minutes or so before I was seen by any staff. There was a line of 10 or so people waiting, but most had ordered. Meanwhile, three or four staff members were discussing their upcoming work schedule while my order was sitting on one of the back counter for several minutes, as the one older lady that was working took it off the back counter and placed it on the front counter and then went to get the drinks. I then told her that was mine and asked why it took so long and she said, "We're backed up." This was not a case of waiting for fries or other food to be cooked/prepared. It was a case of ine person trying to do the work of four. Felt sorry for her having to work with others that didn't care to provide even basic service. Order was correct, and food was fine, but service was awful.
