Stopped in to grab some lunch for my wife and me and was shocked when the store manager blocked me from filling up my water bottle with water after buying lunch. She demanded I purchase a cup so I fill it with "Free" water. My local Zaxby's has always been happy to let me fill my water bottle, so found this exchange both bizarre and frustrating. When we got back in the car and on the road we started to eat our Zaxby's Chicken Fingers and they were cried out and cold. Not a great experience. Would recommend you keep driving and not stop here.

Positive: they have the veggie patty!Negative: the poor employees either didn’t have an IQ high enough to hold a simple conversation or simply did not care enough to communicate with the customers. Honestly couldn’t tell which. Either way, I feel sorry for them and the owner who likely has very few options given our current environment. #VoteLibertarian
This is the absolute worst subway in the country. They cannot do basic orders properly 9/10 orders made wrong. They don't keep lunch meat at cold temperatures like it's supposed to be. They are going to make people sick and this place needs to be shut

Really not a great place. Never went in to the restaurant but order quite frequently through door dash and always pay for extra meat/cheese on the sandwhiches and they NEVER put it on. The audacity to charge people the amount of money they do then not even give what's ordered AND PAID FOR is insane. Definitely needs new ownership or new employees or both.

These people clearly do not want to be working here. Absolutely not personable at all. This place was also nasty. Meat and cheese and about 10-15 receipts all over the counter. Awful! I even tipped and didn’t get a thank you. Never will I be back
