Stopped in to grab some lunch for my wife and me and was shocked when the store manager blocked me from filling up my water bottle with water after buying lunch. She demanded I purchase a cup so I fill it with "Free" water. My local Zaxby's has always been happy to let me fill my water bottle, so found this exchange both bizarre and frustrating. When we got back in the car and on the road we started to eat our Zaxby's Chicken Fingers and they were cried out and cold. Not a great experience. Would recommend you keep driving and not stop here.

We are traveling from New Orleans back home to Georgia. This is a typical low food chain. Rude employees going "what do you want?" Lots of pouting faces. Got our order to the car and had to use the restroom. Went back inside and got told it was for customers only...turned right back around and went to the hotel next to it.

Positive: they have the veggie patty!Negative: the poor employees either didn’t have an IQ high enough to hold a simple conversation or simply did not care enough to communicate with the customers. Honestly couldn’t tell which. Either way, I feel sorry for them and the owner who likely has very few options given our current environment. #VoteLibertarian

One lady was giving me and my family an additude, my nephew got a pizza and asked for olives but didn't even put olives. And I asked if they could toast my sandwich but they didn't it was bad service tbh wit u

This is the absolute worst subway in the country. They cannot do basic orders properly 9/10 orders made wrong. They don't keep lunch meat at cold temperatures like it's supposed to be. They are going to make people sick and this place needs to be shut

Really not a great place. Never went in to the restaurant but order quite frequently through door dash and always pay for extra meat/cheese on the sandwhiches and they NEVER put it on. The audacity to charge people the amount of money they do then not even give what's ordered AND PAID FOR is insane. Definitely needs new ownership or new employees or both.

These people clearly do not want to be working here. Absolutely not personable at all. This place was also nasty. Meat and cheese and about 10-15 receipts all over the counter. Awful! I even tipped and didn’t get a thank you. Never will I be back
This place has very RUDE employees! My husband ordered a footlong Black Forrest ham - the guy put TWO pieces of ham and less on the cheese! We have Never had such horrible service & poor excuse for a sandwich at any Subway ! Incredible- we had a veggie sandwich! Will Never come here again ! Wish I would had read reviews first ! This place sucks! The employees don't talk they just stare at you! Crazy!

The worker who seemed to be the manager's daughter could not even cut the bread & when my father asked for another bread WHEN SHE DESTROYED THE 1ST ONE, the worker cursed him out & the manager/mother did not fix things & even defended her daughter/employees behavior. We will be contacting your corporate office to file a formal complaint. Not only did you not make a proper sandwich, you verbally abused a 70 year old senior citizen who happens to be a veteran. SHAME ON YOU, I WILL BE SURE TO REPORT THIS INCIDENT ALL OVER THE PLACE. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO REPRESENT SUBWAY SANDWICH SHOP, IF I CAN GIVE NEGATIVE 10 STARS, NOT 1 STAR I WOULD!

We arrived around 11:45am and had excellent service! The food was excellent. From now on in our travels we will make sure to stop there every time. For the two ladies that worked this day, thank u again!
