We went for the first time today during a baseball tournament at Sparta. Not only is it the cutest place EVER, the pizza was the best we have ever had. We will definitely be back! 11 out of 10!
Stoped by the pizza 🍕 shack great fresh pizza. Fast friendly and hot.
We had lunch and got the chicken bacon ranch and the shack philly. So good plus they welcomed our fur baby. He enjoyed the pizza as well. If you are traveling I-65 and need a great place to eat with your pup, I would definitely recommend this place.

A wonderful little find hidden in a small town. While searching for bbq places, The Pizza Shack popped up and I am so happy it did. No menu online but just call and their helpful attentive staff will help you order and then enjoy the incredible taste. I know you’ll love it as much as I did.
Traditional pizza crust as it was meant to be, the perfect amount of cheese almost to the edge, ample toppings combined with an incredible salted tangy sweet pizza sauce will have your coming back for more. I cannot wait for my next trip to Evergreen to enjoy this hidden gem.
Only request would be to have a pizza for 1 although it was still pretty good for breakfast!

Food was fine, the pasta had pizza sauce on it. Pizza crust was fine. Price seems a little high for what you get.
Parking: A dozen spots or so on the front and side, maybe more in back

Just tried this place out and was well pleased. Went with friends and tried several. The Conecuh Hawaiian was good even with pineapple on it. It mixed well. The Sasquatch and the carnivore was great as well. Wife got a grilled chicken, bacon with Alfredo sauce ands it’s her new favorite. I don’t believe you’ll be disappointed here.

Awesome pizza! Conecuh Hawaiian & Philly Cheesesteak were delicious! The crust had mixed reviews from my large family. Thin crust fans loved it. Thick crust fans wanted more. Nobody was disappointed.
The Shack is in a sparkly new building across the interstate. It’s a nice place and I am sure that business is up. We stopped, got a seat and our server, maybe Anna Kate, took our orders and was a good server. We had side salads, and split the combo platter, with beans and slaw. I said in the first review that the sides were too sweet for us. Nothing has changed, but add hot sauce and the beans are great. The bbq was really good, even the brisket. That is a hard meat to cook. The pork and chicken were both good with chicken taking the top honors. The salads were ok. Why did the restaurant industry decide that tomato and cheese was the extent of toppings? What happened to cucumbers?? I gave them one more bubble and it was deserved.
baked potatoes were not done enough. they did bring me another one, but it was just as bad. hard and crunchy. They charge extra to use a credit card. we'll never return.
Worst inedible bbq. BBQ sandwich had zero flavor. Brisket was 80% fat and potatoes were too hard to eat. They gave us a whopping $3 discount for the inedible food. Don’t waste your money here.
We try to eat at non-chain restaurants. I Googled this restaurant, decided to try. Hands down the best BBQ we’ve ever had, including the sauce which I’m usually not a fan of. The sauce was best and the coleslaw is amazing. We will be stopping again on our way to/from the beach. The manager informed us her mother makes everything and coleslaw is her own recipe. I highly recommend eating here. Also, the amount of food per plate is huge. We easily could have shared a plate. Will have enough smoked butt to have sandwiches tonight.
