We met up with family and the atmosphere was good. Food however, was not. We probably should have gotten the bbq, but the hamburgers were, eh. There's no way those were fresh. My wife had the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes, gravy, onions, etc and she even said the hamburger was not great. The mashed potatoes were awesome tho! Service was good too.

Smoked chicken was burned to a crisp on the outside and dry on the inside. The flavor was good but only on the small pieces that were not too dry to eat. The BBQ sauce has a very different flavor. It taste strongly of apple sauce. The onion rings are not good. I did not care for the baked beans. They have chucks of ground sausage in them. The hamburger steak was served over mashed potatoes with gravy and onions. The potatoes were good. Waited 30 mins for our food because they were short staffed in the kitchen.

food was AWFUL. the hamburgers are not fresh, they are just warmed up. we asked, they are cooked in the morning not to order and just in general tasted bad. ordered a loaded potato and the pork was slimy and just not worth it at all. we waited an hour to get our food for it to be that bad and nobody checked on us while we waited. served got mad when we asked about the burger and said we didn’t like it as well. we stopped by on our way home from Florida and we’ll never be back.

Nice place with friendly people and good service. Just beware when ordering BBQ. They don't throw anything away. Your plate will be full, but if you don't like fat you'll have a plate full left when you're done. You have sig for the meat because they don't clean it at all.

Stopped in late while traveling and was blown away by sampler platter. All the meats were amazing! The mac and cheese was outstanding. The blueberry bread pudding was the star of the show! Must try if near by.
Very clean location. The food is excellent. The salads are huge. The service was great. I had the fried green tomato BLT with fried okra. My husband had the Sasquash Burger. Both were excellent. The prices are around what you would expect to pay for that amount of food.

1st time eating here and I can I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I got the Brisket Plate with fries and Coleslaw. Brisket was not Texas Brisket, but was very tasty and tender and juicy. Delicious for sure. Im a big Coleslaw fan and the Coleslaw here was pretty good as well. Wife got the fish and shrimp plate. With fried Grouper and and fried shrimp with fries and a salad. Grouper was Amazing, soft and tender. Tarter sauce was definitely not needed. Shrimp fried perfectly. Did not have any desserts but I was impressed by the Ice-cream bar..... looked yummy. Next time Im in town I will be stopping in again.
