1/2/26- I only chose 1 star because I had to. Absolutely, HORRIBLE service!!! We were traveling back to GA, and decided to stop. We stood at the entrance area waiting to be greeted, offered a menu, or even a seat but received none of the options. So we walked to the bar, no one was behind the bar, but at least 2 female employees saw us standing/sitting there. After about 6 minutes, someone came over but didn’t greet us…. So we asked for a menu.
We waited about 10 minutes, the female employee came to the bar twice to enter orders. Each time she NEVER made eye contact, ask if we wanted to order, or to “give her a few minutes” because she had other tables. After we got up to leave she mentioned that she would be glad to take our order. By this time it was too late. The service in this restaurant needs a MAKEOVER!!!!

Stopped here on the way to NOLA with our baby. Solid pick with good food. We ordered the lumpia rolls and the meat platter. The bbq sauce on the table is on the sweeter side. All of the meats were delish. The Brunswick stew was in the more tomato-y side. All in all would stop by again.

I got the shrimp and oysters platter. It had 6 shrimp and 6 oysters. The shrimp where very small. The size of a quarter. The oysters where the size of a dime. My wife's got the chicken Alfredo which was very salty and the chicken was very rubbery.

We both had the shack burger. I had fries and my spouse had fried potatoes and onions. The burgers were not good. The patties seemed like those cheap pre-made frozen patties you get at the grocery store. Fries and the potatoes were ok. Not great.

Stopped by here on the way back to Georgia from Biloxi. They have a huge menu with something for everyone. We had the blackened reddish, brisket and chicken fingers. Large portions and fair pricing. Staff was attentive and very nice.

Food was really good. We had brisket grilled cheese which was so good, pulled pork sandwich with tons of pulled pork. The atmosphere was casual with lots of interesting items from earlier times like classic cigarette machines. Several televisions with sports & license plates on the wall from all states. Well worth the stop

Fried mushrooms was really good. Chicken Alfredo was below average. Pork butt plate was terrible. Pork was flavorless, As if it was boiled or baked. Cheese grits was bland.
