I love Wendy's Grill Chicken wrap.I like my order specially made.They usually get it wrong.However they're pleasant and go back and make the corrections for this.I am grateful

Restaurant and bathrooms were disgusting. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I had already ordered. The kitchen was overly staffed with young adults crowded around talking and looking at their phones. I guess hairnets are no longer required, because there were several people that should have had one on that didn't. Floors and counter tops needed wiping down. Traces of food scattered about. The drink machine had not been wiped down and had splattered soda inside and outside the machine. It even looked like someone threw a drink on the inside where you put your cup. They were out of tomatoes? My order was incorrect. My cheeseburger had no cheese. The mayo was spread on too heavy. The other burger I ordered was also drowning in condiments. Ketchup and mustard soaked hamburger. The only positive thing I can say is the fries were good. Save your time and money and avoid this Wendy's.

Not a very good Wendy's. No straws. No. Iced tea. No featured Frosty. Table's not clean. The french fries were perfect.

No shift at this place will never have to worry bout me anymore I haven't ate all day and stop here worst option I could have made on the other hand I'm glad I didn't eat waiting a whole 30 for one meal and everybody that came behind me had left walked in nobody making my food so I just got a refund I will be calling corporate because kids these days shouldn't be working if they don't want to do there job I really think someone deleted my order slow can't read

3 to 4 days a week they have no chili. Reason? I was told no one wants to Prepare it… at 12 o’clock(noon) You can ask for chili and it’s not ready.. at 2:30 they’re sold out… when they never made none in the first place…. That came straight from one of the employees… unbelievable!!….. if I was the owner, I’d wanna know this……

Food was cold even though I waited over 12 minutes and their scanner mysteriously doesn't work so you can't use your rewards or coupons. Building looks updated but they should have all equipment functional and it's not.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Fast food shouldn’t be like this. Why does it take 10 years to get a meal for two people. Why is half the menu missing. If you don’t have the food why bother even opening. People were nice but why is it like this.
