Every time I come here the drive thru is extremely slow and they’re always out of something. Last time they were out of baked potatoes and today they’re out of coke. This has to be bad management.

Extremely filthy! Bathroom was disgusting, sticky floors, walls were covered in filth, falling apart, and I didn't dare try any of the food!! Full of pot smoke! Corporate really needs to do a walk-in inspection and the manager should be ashamed of themselves.

The team member never acknowledged any of the customers as they came up to order. He just stood there staring at you until you started telling him what you wanted. Once the order was complete, he never gave a receipt or said thank-you, and just ignored me when I asked for a receipt. When I went to get my drink, there was no unsweet tea in the lobby so I asked at the counter if I could get unsweet tea. The employee working the kitchen area rudely yelled that they do not have unsweet tea. After I got my order, say down and noticed the tables had not been cleaned in some time. the sandwich I got was good which was the only good thing because the fries were extremely overcooked and burnt. With other restaurants in the immediate vicinity, I would definitely skip this place in the future and go to one of those.

I've watched this location constantly going downhill over the last 7 years. Once was one of the best places in town, but now it must be one of the worst The service is often poor and unprofessional. Wonder if they have even bothered to train their employees. Store needs a good corporate takeover and cleaning of house.

Very friendly and kind cashier. Her name is Briana. She makes you smile. Nice environment.
This restaurant is horrible! They pull you to a parking spot in the drive threw for 15 mins to bring out cold food. Inside is just as bad you wait the same amout of time for cold food. The teenagers in there are cussing on their phones. Not doing anything! I give this place no stars!
