Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food arrived fast after ordering. The food tasted good although heavy teriyaki on the Zensation salad. The dining room was cold and management did not turn the fans off or AC upon request. It’s not comfortable eating in the cold with a fleece jacket. My husband said the men’s bathroom wasn’t clean. When we arrived at the counter the only cashier had her back chatting to a kitchen worker and did not turn around until another employee approached the counter from the back. The dining room had some litter and a table was never cleaned in the time it took us to eat which didn’t garner confidence in cleanliness elsewhere.

The manager was very kind and helpful and made sure to accommodate my requests. The food was hot as well! Such a kind young man.

we didn’t even eat here because after waiting in the drive thru for a while we decided to go in…. spent 10 minutes standing at the front watching like 6 different employees walk by doing absolutely nothing but staring at us like they’re brain dead and miserable. got quicker service at subway with only 1 employee working. keep up the terrible work yall lmao

Over rated, wings were not as good as supermarkets. There's nothing special about anything we ordered and ate. Service was ho-hum. No reason to go back.

Horrible service. We waited forever, after 25 minutes of waiting we asked how much longer and they forgot about our parties order. Waited a while after that to finally get food.

I was was giving zaxby a try. My $15 salad was trash. I had more blue cheese than lettuce, more tomatoes than lettuce and less chicken which was burnt. I could have went to piggly wiggle and got a better salad. The staff was real immature. Manager was nice. I wouldn't go back. Probably won't give zaxby another chance.

Tried this place again while traveling in hopes they had gotten better. They have not. Mediocre, over cooked food that comes out in phases. The front register person was rude and impatient. The rest of the staff in the kitchen and location are goofing off in the restrooms or on their phones. The manager is basically letting the staff dictate the service provided and running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Not one hair net in the kitchen. Would have said something but I had zero confidence it would do anything and would have probably ended horribly. Steer away from here. Dirty, ill-managed location. Will not return.

We stopped here in Evergreen AL heading to New Orleans. And the new lady allowed me to get a large frozen lemonade mistakenly, it should have been a small. They talked over the lemonade without a lid and then poured it back into the slushy machine. Ugh

Price of salad to high. 13 dollars for a half salad

Rebecca and the whole staff is amazing they made my experience here at Zaxby’s awesome great one! The quesadillas are a must.

Walked in and stood at the counter and no one came out to take my order. There was another customer there as well. We hollered to try to get someone's attention but to no avail. I walked over to Wendy's.
