Staff is rude on a good day. Food is high priced but it's always clean

Walked in and stood at the counter and no one came out to take my order. There was another customer there as well. We hollered to try to get someone's attention but to no avail. I walked over to Wendy's.

Good typical fast food chicken, in and out relatively quick. Kids are happy, I'm happy.

Some of the best Zaxby's chicken. Service was prompt and when part of an order was missed, they were quick to resolve the issue without question.

Overall a pleasant experience at this location. The staff seemed friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.

Food was fresh. The soft drink machine was out of all zero sugar drinks. It was OK nut not a must have place to eat.

The chicken quesadilla is amazing

The food is ok. The inside of this location is dirty, lacking product and not enough workers. Workers were definitely polite and working diligently (I gelt badly for them b/c they were short staffed). Coke machine was out of Diet Coke and Coke Zero. Garbage cans were overflowing inside restaurant and in the bathrooms (gross). Women’s bathroom door was broken so the door wouldn’t shut…causing a line out the door since no one wanted to use the broken stall. I think having more employees might be a quick fix.

Was traveling and stopped here . Workers extremely slow . Took forever to order and get food . They were out of ketchup. How does a Zaby’s run out of ketchup. The table was sticky from not being cleaned . The coke machine was out of cola products and said it needed to be serviced. Very poor management

We ordered 2 Cobb Salads. Only one was a Cobb, the other was missing items. So instead of making another Cobb Salad, they just gave me the items to add to it. One stall in ladies room had no toilet paper and there was no soap in the men's room.

Would have been great if now for the second time I've gone through and got the loaded fries I always ask for light bacon. Well I got extra AGAIN..ugh! It's not hard to listen! Outside of the extreme amount of Bacon it was good! I said thank you to the young lady she acted like people aren't very kind to her or she didn't understand how to respond... Most likely won't go back here!
