Everytime I stop at this location it's always a mess and nasty. They also never have meatballs. The service is nearly non existent. They also do not accept online orders and also do not honor deals for Subway that are on the Loves app. If you stop in late they may be open and they may not,it's usually a toss up

We go often, even if it’s in a truck stop. I would give a 5star rating on service if they had an online ordering option. They are very responsive but they are usually a bit busy due to the convenience of the store being in a truck stop.

My sister, her family and I came into this subway today and saw a worker as we were walking in and then she took off to the back. When she decided to come back she asked how many sandwiches we were going to need and we said 4. She rolled her eyes and another worker just stared at us the whole time in there. As the worker who was staring at us started to leave she said something along the lines of “Good luck with all that” and honestly just the glaring and the snotty remarks just kinda made us feel like we were the problem for coming in and mess up their time of playing on their phones? we will not be back
Loved trying the #16 All-Pro Sweet Onion Teriyaki Footlong Sub for my taste of my experience & it was all good & my brother tried the#17 Garlic Roast Beef Footlong Sub Meal & it was all good too with looking around the Love’s Travel Stop in one place.

Stopped he for lunch today the lady that works here is so rude and hateful she does not need to be in customer service if I hadn't been in such a hurry to get back to work I would have told her to keep the food and left the sandwich was not right because she was in such a bad mood she didn't want to listen to what I was saying and she just threw my change back on the counter at me and walked off I will never be back here

Me and my husband stopped here on our way home after being on the road we went in and waited for a good while someone finally took our order but they basically just threw the meat on our subs kept giving us attitude asking us every minute "will that be all" "will that be all" we asked for our bread toasted it was in there for a few seconds the bread was still cold when we ate it and it looked like it was literally just thrown together asked to speak to the manager was told to call in the morning it's been going on eight days and no call backs or response this is seriously ridiculous if you want to run a business run it right
