Went in with my mom and sat down, five other groups came in and they got waited on before us. A waitress takes a drink order from a guy that had just sat down and when I asked her if we were going to get waited on she looks at me and says “ I’m only one person”! I will not be back. We never got waited on after sitting another 5-10 mins. So we left!!

Food was absolutely hot and on spot. The atmosphere and hospitality was some of the best we’ve had in a long time. Hamburger steak covered most of the plate and ribeye steak was overlapping bun by 1/2 “ all around. Enough fries to need two on each plate. Thank you Belk Kountry kitchen for fine quisine and hospitality! See you real soon, I hope!

the young girl that was working counter could use some lessons in customer service. I called to report a missing item and she says I didn't order it. umm...ive placed this same order numerous times, I promise I did. I didn't say that, I just repeated what I had ordered and she says," you're breaking up, I can't hear you, hello hello" and that was it. I've been coming here many, many years and by far the worst customer service ever. and the bottom of my biscuit was like a brick. actually this is the only time in all the years I've been coming that I've had a complaint. and I could have over looked it, things happen, but the rude little girl cost you a customer because I will not be back. you can have mediocre food but great customer service and that great customer service will have them coming back. just rude and completely uncalled for.

If you want the lunch special you better order it at breakfast. I have never seen a place that runs out of the lunch special at lunch. They don’t cook enough food and the rest of the food isn’t good. We have tried it several times over the coarse of a year and thought it may get better and it never has. We are done.
