First time trying Hiro - great food, love it!

We thoroughly enjoyed your food and missed it so much. Man it’s so good. Thanks Roy for always being the best in the Industry. Wow!!! If you never had it, you’re missing out!!!

This food is bomb! The people were nice! And they gave me enough food for three dang days ? ? lolI got the chicken noodles for $10 and it’s day two for dinner ? and they give you free cups of yum yum sauce that’s homemade ♥️

Location in Winfield is so slow! We waited 45 min on 3 rolls two weeks ago and tonight we ordered just one order of spring rolls and one roll. Got the spring rolls in 10 min but waited a full hour on the roll. Clearly they lost the order but the teen working the counter was defensive instead of apologetic. We had to go ask for the roll 3 times! And when we finally got it - no apology or not even a thank you for your patience. Rude kid!

2023 EDIT: managers, please train your staff better! I hate to take away stars, but the young kids they’ve hired have NO customer service skills. I showed up with a Square gift card, eligible for use anywhere with a Square point of sales system, which they have! The card kept declining, despite a $50 balance. Instead of helping me, she twisted the register screen towards my face and proceeded to answer calls while walking off. I was shocked and uncertain what she wanted me to do until she dryly asked “you figure it out yet?” Still in shock, I politely tell her I wasn’t sure she wanted me to press anything on the screen. She huffed and walked off, leaving me to do HER JOB. I had cash in the car, but decided to drive off and give the Winfield Hiro my money.—————————————I have tried hibachi in several big cities, and Hiro’s has all of them beat—at half the price! It’s nice to have a little variety in a small town.?

Called to place order informed that prices went up no big deal . Placed my order was give total and a time to pick up I go to pick up and they didn’t have what I ordered. Total waste of my time . Pathetic customer service. I asked how come you couldn’t call me back .

Great Hibachi food but they are hardly ever open in Fayette. The hours say they are open but everytime we go there they are closed. Please post correct hours of business. 2:01 pm in Fayette!!

I have tried hibachi in several big cities, and Hiro’s has all of them beat—at half the price! It’s nice to have a little variety in a small town.?
