I visited the Fayette AL location today just a little after 3pm. I had a mobile order which I tend to use when I visit. Usually I give the code found in the app and the cashier confirms my order and I pull forward. Today I was in formed that I need to check in and the code was not sufficient. I asked how I check in to which the cashier replied I do not know we don't know anything about the app. I did not appreciate the tone of her response so I left the drive thru, parked and went inside. I explained what happened to the cashier at the counter and began to switch my order from drive thru to counter. While waiting I could hear the drive thru cashier explain to the manager with the same tone that she spoke to me in her side of the encounter. Somehow my order appeared when I switched it from drive thru to the counter. When I received it everything was hot and fresh. My only issue with this visit was the disrespectful tone of the cashier and her lack of knowledge to resolve my issue. If your company uses and app that secures payment for orders there should be no reason that a customer can't get the food that they have already paid for. I have never had Chicfila tell me you cant get your food because you don't know how to work the app. Hoping for a better experience next time. Thank you to the counter cashier and manager on duty for salvaging my experience.

It is good to get lunch. It's full when it's lunch time. Happy meals are so Good I had to get myself one I like the Crocs keychain
Parking: When it is full it is hard to find a parking spot that is only full when it is 12 :00 pm
Kid-friendliness: The chicken nuggets , cheeseburger and strawberry sundae medium are good for kids my little cousin asked me when I take there

Just ordered a double fish fries tea and an apple pie got home I got someone else order nothing I paid for. My order was 11.00 and this was maybe 6.00 I am so upset .this is awful business I WaNt be back

Friendly staff but ladies bathroom dirty never has soap , how can employees wash hands as the sign says when there is never soap . Sink brown always and dispensers broken . Yes they have hand sanitizer stations around in store but almost empty but hand sanitizer is a fixer until you can wash your hands with SOAP and water please in a clean sanitized sink !!
