Our first time eating here. I had the half slab of ribs with coleslaw and green beans. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! Coleslaw was perfect. Green beans were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The ribs ( I normally don't care for dry ribs) were wonderful!!! Heck, I used some sauce, but these ribs really stood on their own without it. We will be back in Fayette next Saturday and will more than likely be back then to eat again. ( I am a wingman, and maybe I have to eat those next time.)...
I've been here about 4 or 5 times and everything I've ordered has been great. I loved their smoked chicken, pulled pork (both sandwich and plate), potato salad, and baked beans. They also have a 97 health department score.
The food was pretty good. We ordered the wings and ribs combo with Mac and cheese and cabbage. The wings had a great smokey taste, and the white sauce was great. The ribs were falling apart and looked like pulled pork. They tasted ok, but we were not a fan of the BBQ sauce. The cabbage was great! The mac and cheese was ok. The staff and service were PERFECT!
