Service through the drive thru is always so slow and they never get your order correct it’s not hard to make a taco the correct way it specifically says on the receipt no lettuce and no tomatoes 😡 it would be different if this was the first time but no this is a re occurring thing yall need to do better

The food is okay. But they never give me what I ask for in terms of extra napkins or condiments. I’ve ALWAYS had to get out and go in to get what I needed. They always have to make my nacho fries fresh bc if not they give ones that have sat there for hours. Do better Taco Bell. what’s the point in a drive thru if you don’t listen to the customer. Then they have screens to put order into instead of talking face to face. not a happy customer.

I come regularly during night shift and am always disappointed with the staff or the food service and tonight was no exception what with the older woman serving your food telling you she has an infection as she’s trying to hand out drinks at the window, and then still expects you to pull to the front of the building for another 20 minutes to wait for your order you place ahead of time 10 minutes before arriving. Very bad business, don’t know who’s running it but they’re not doing a very good job.

Those are pictures of soft shell tacos that I ordered all the tacos.look the same way order the burrito supremo.And it was all beans and ice cold I don't think I'll ever be going back .In the Review, it asks what dish would I recommend. The only thing I would recommend is don't go here.
