We were on a motorcycle trip and I had found this place while planning route for the ride. It was still during the pandemic and we ordered takeout. The catfish and hush puppies were superb! We are outside on the picnic table and it was perfect! Great people too!
I'd say this classifies as a hidden gem. I was passing through the area for work, and I was a bit skeptical at first. But the food and service did not disappoint! I will certainly be back the next day I'm I'm in the area.

Barbecue with cook correctly may be a little under season for me. The slaw was good and the baked beans were as well. The place could have been cleaner especially the tables.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.
