I order a steak biscuit with gray an average of 4 days out of seven. I also ask for extra gravy and pay 75 cents per biscuit extra for the extra gravy. I do this because my daddy who has dementia can feed this to himself and still feel a glimmer of independence. I order extra gravy because it helps him swallow without aspirating into his lungs. However, I have NEVER received the extra gravy. The biscuit barely has any gravy, it does not even have as much as was added normally in years past. The biscuit is so dry even with the tad of gravy, that i have to add mayo before he eats it. I tried multiple times to talk with someone at the store but they never answer the phone and the mailbox is full.

We came for breakfast and to take food back for the family I got the smoke link biscuit the biscuit was warm The egg cheese and sausage was cold. The biscuit was not hot enough to heat the egg cheese and the link so we went back in to get it fixed and are whole order got cold who wants to go home and heat up hot food they just paid all this money for they sure didn’t want to make that right just a heads up it’s not good when reheated so we was out that money so after we went in to get the food fixed we leave and they just gave us a biscuit with sausage no egg no cheese like it was suppose to be and this is the second time this has happen with our food is why I’m leaving a review

Go into the line of Hardee’s my not gonna say who I was with rolls up to the window while I was in the car this black women not being rascist put the drink out the window and drops it on purpose she says whoops too bad then I ordered a hamburger and fries shoved it into my driver face and says your good go leave come to find out hair in my food and it wasn’t even a burger it was a chicken sandwich and no fries and cold and not even cooked or seasoned and charged us extra for the drink and it wasn’t even our fault for the drink to drop very rude service took them over 25 minutes to get to the window with nobody in line I would say 1 star and nobody should ever go there I mean never I think all of those workers should be fired you shouldn’t treat customers bad just because your having a bad day we was being as nice as we could to them and they treat us like that that fast food place honestly deals with a lot of racism with all of my friends family etc that goes there
