Very poor service. Some of the younger employees don’t care about the customers. I was at drive thru for 7 minutes saying hello. Then this car pulls up they take the man’s order then proceeded to take mine. And I ask how are you going to take an order and I’ve been sitting here this long. She ignored me and said mam can I take your order. I called the manager and she apologized and ask if I wanted to come in. Well no that was the purpose of me going to the drive thru.

McDonald's had gone down hill. The stores are so sterile and bland, not exciting like it used to be. Prices have skyrocketed and food quality is horrible. So many fillers and chemicals, I'm not sure what i am eating.

Place is always dirty and the workers seem like you are a burden to them. Never get my order right. Bathrooms are always filthy dirty.

We waited in line at the drive-thru for over 15 minutes. No one ever took our order. No one even acknowledged we were at the speaker waiting. There were multiple cars in line waiting also.

This McDonald's is supposed to be open 24hours, or at least that is what Google says. So I pull up to the drive thru to order some food and I get no response. I set there for about 10 minutes and all of a sudden all the lights shut off. Definitely will not be back

I stopped at this McDonald’s to eat in, and have a happy meal and a cheeseburger. And I waited at the cash register, because I knew I was paying cash, and also because I knew I was ordering a cheeseburger happy meal. Which in the kiosk, you can only order a hamburger happy meal, you cannot add the cheese yourself. There is some glitch on the kiosks for that. And so I waited for about 10 minutes, and finally the staff keeps looking at me and she’s like order from the kiosk and I’m like no I’m paying cash. Can someone come take my order. They refuse to take my order. Told me it’s not that hard, to order off the kiosk. Even when I explained I was paying cash I was told I still had to order through the kiosk. As if they cannot manually enter my order in. And I left because that’s rude and ridiculous. I knew I wanted a cheeseburger happy meal and I knew that I needed to order that at the register and I don’t need to explain myself to these people. Two of whom we’re just standing around doing nothing. They easily could have taken the order. Shame on your employees.

This place is no better than the one in Brewton. Avoid this one too. Go somewhere else and get better food. At least maybe you'll get some actual service if you go somewhere else. Have opened two lanes there and only taking orders from one. I use the app in order to head and prepaid for it and I canceled it in the Drive-Thru after they took a second person's order after I've been sitting there lightning to give my code.

Ms. Lanena Carter and her team were one of the most functional McDonald's teams I've seen in a long time. Easy 5 star review!
