Best coffee I've had in YEARS! The butter pecan latte was so smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. Even the sugar-free coffee was very good.
The tea selection is exceptionally sophisticated. My jasmine green tea was brewed well to highlight the floral fruitiness. No burnt tea here. I'd love an iced variety, but I understand it would take too long to make. However, you can always purchase a box of tea sachets in-store.
The store is very clean and peaceful, the ladies working were super nice, and they make delicious drinks. Way to bring society to Flomaton! I'll be back any chance I get. Awesome place.

Absolutely worth the 5 minute detour! If you are traveling to Pensacola from points north and have a hankering for a good cup of coffee Sophia's is a great choice. Located just left of nowhere is this jem of a Cafe. Not only are they a coffee shop, they roast their own beans so you know you are getting the freshest coffee possible. I got a 5lb bag of ethiopian yirgacheffe coffee and it was roasted perfectly! Oh, and they ship!

All around wonderful! So glad I ran across this coffee shop. They even roast their own beans. They use Kakow syrups. Tasty, but would love to see a homemade syrup or two. Coffee/espresso is great, which is the most important thing. Non-dairy and decaf available-- And faith-based, which is a delight to patron.

Amazing little shop very helpful and friendly staff. Went this morning my 1st time and have to say the coffee is delicious. Got 2 items off the fall menu and they do not disappoint have to say the harvest chai will be something I will be getting again.

We only purchase coffee from Sophia who ROASTS and MAKES their own coffee. Also very affordable. Always a smile and nothing but love coming through. If you run late like me and you’re going through Flomaton, the order it on Facebook through their link! I love all the staff there. Always my go to and nothing compares ?
