there are a couple of women that Work this location in the afternoon/evening… They always answer the Drive-through as if they're actually happy you're there! They're very kind and And always serve my food hot. It never seems like it was just sitting around like they dropped in some fries when I placed my order because it's slow. I should've gotten their names. One of them is a young girl, and the other one is a little bit older at probably at least 30s. A good attitude and some hot fries with a fresh burger but more can I ask for?

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me with an empty dining room. Breakfast the response is always to pull up and wait even with nobody else there. This time for dinner the car ahead of me waited for about 15 minutes for 2 shakes and 2 double cheeseburgers. I order a burger combo and still got the chance to wait at the window another 5 minutes. Service is slower here than anywhere else i have ever been consistently.

Stopped here on Saturday after Thanksgiving, around 10 am. There was one employee with a ponytail and blue t-shirt who seemed to be running the joint. She was hustling, making sure the trays were wiped, fries were flopped, and customers were greeted. She was working hard, but still smiling. Even though it wasn't on the breakfast menu, she even made a grilled cheese for my picky child. I hope that employee is recognized for the difference she's making! Also, a lovely view from the parking lot. Would definitely stop here again.

I love the Frisco Breakfast sandwich. Man it's good! Every time I go to Pensacola for work, I stop here and get one. Without fail it has been hot and delicious. The service is also great. I've had the same person help me every time I've visited and she's always been great. I ordered ly gave 3 stars on atmosphere because I only go through the drive through and it is DARK first thing in the morning!
