Our first visit. We had the BEST food and the Best service . Our waitress PIPER, did an outstanding job. We had 6 in our group and she treated each one of us like we were long time customers. We will be back AND tell our neighbors about the Great experience we had . Thank You PIPER ... :)

This used to be the best place to eat in Florala, but we ate there today and not only was the service bad, we ordered 2 county fried steak breakfast meals and this is what we got: a single layer of hashbrowns that were cooked to the consistency of a potato chip, toast was barely toasted and soggy, the waitress came and asked if we wanted gravy on our county fried steaks and when it came it had 1 tablespoon of gravy on a over cooked steak.So, if your on a diet and want to an expensive meal ($32.00) then I recommend the Huddle House in Florala.

We stopped in today to eat, got our seat and the waitress took our order.While waiting on our Order, One Cook explodes Verbally with some nasty words, then a second Cook came in, it didn't stop there.He also had a bad attitude, both cooks were slamming things down and slamming doors, we finally got our food 55 minutes later, my food was cold and My boyfriend got only half of his order. I got them to put mine in the microwave and heat it up so I could eat hot food...I'm not so sure I will ever go back there again...Absolutely no reason to be speaking like that with children in there at all.

The restaurant was nice and clean the the staff was friendly the service was lackluster I kept running out of coffee the food tasted good they forgot our bacon on a bacon huddle House Burger but that's no big deal the french fries were cold that is a big deal.

Would’ve gave a zero if I could’ve. Was there for 2 hours food came out not done and didn’t get half of what I ordered was told I would get a discount but didn’t paid 70 dollars worst service will not be back

Food and staff were great!Update 2 yrs later:Still an amazing staff, had a $100 order and they handled it amazing. The employee Angel called back to ask further questions on our to go order to make sure they got it right. She checked everything again before bagging it when we got there. And she also accommodated our drinks for free for the call back. And didn't make them until we got there so they weren't watered down. She was amazing and I wish I could have tipped her more!Everything tasted great. The oreo pancakes were awesome.
Over the last month this place is horrible.. The employees are not helpful in any way and the so called management is even more incompetent.. They haven't had a working waffle iron in weeks and it is absolutely disgusting there both in the lobby and the kitchen.. I'm blown away by this.. Attention: Corporate , you seriously need to close the doors or step in and clean up your house ... I will not stop until one of these are done..

The employees at the Florala Alabama are always extremely nice and attentive. The prices are very reasonable and more so with coupons that are sent out often. Don't knock Huddle House until you try it especially during these trying times. We truly enjoy being waited on by the staff at this location.
