Ordered chicken tender dinner and original Jack's Burger combo. How to return the first Burger it was ice cold. Unfortunately for my wife for a second Burger was just cold but she didn't want to go cause a problem so she ate her ice cold burger in disgust. No one from Jack's ever came by the table and said hey man what's up, food good? Overall not a very pleasant experience. The chicken fingers coating was so hard I had to remove it. The coleslaw is very runny and had a very bland taste.

They over charge on the food. Seening the price s on the board. Opps she said let me cancel an ring again. If she does it correct you get credit back in 5 days if not oh well you just paid twice for complaints. It's a want To be jack in the box. Food quality poor taste bad an nasty. An there hotdogs nasty. Never stop there again.

The food is decent, if you go inside you usually have to wait 40 minutes to get your food because they have bad management, lazy employees, some of the employees are doing they’re best but most of them don’t know what they’re doing and I’ve gone in there multiple times and one of their employees is always high and acting like a fool, and most of them are rude, drive through is sometimes fast and sometimes extremely slow most people wait in drive through for 20-40 minutes. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could for poor customer service.

This jacks is very disappointing... not all restaurants are the same.. We never get all our food items If you actually want food hit the drive thru also check your order
Wouldn't let me submit it all so for the the jacks owner guy Our first jacks experience was nice at a different location when traveling in our rv food was great and the staff was nice. We tried the jack near us after our road trip and 3 times it has been disappointing.. Experience 1 Dine in with my wife and my two kiddos the oder took over a hour it's wasn't big.. everyone in the lobby was waiting forever. We heard the manager told staff to focus on the drive thru so no inside orders were getting completed after about a hour they finally got the order out.. staff is untrained..
2nd was drive thru it went pretty fast but when we got home we're were missing a whole 3pc strip and drink and fries
Third time was yesterday and I hate to say it well will not be coming back... the resturant was so slow lobby was full drive-thru took over 30 mins.. When we finally got our food and saw the disorganization inside.. they didn't even have sauces ready to go they were scooping it out of a huge container... the resturant looked very disorganized. And causing the super slow service. We were missing straws for the drink we ended up missing a milkshake and a nother 3 PC strip meal for the kiddo... the bacon was well under cooked on the burger... over all I believe the manager is ruining this restaurant..

Severely understaffed, I tried going through the drive through and ended up waiting 30 minutes and didn’t even get any kind of acknowledgment I was there
I tried going inside where there were only 3 people in the list her with 6 qued up orders that had each showed up to 5 minutes elapsed time and they were not ready yet

Today I went to pick up an order for me and a friend of mine it was called in to be ready by 12:00. I arrive on time the line was long I had to wait 30 min for my food which I noticed that has been setting up for 45 min I know because the girl manager told me when they get orders called they immediately make it well that was at 11:30 it was ordered. So it was sitting up longer than I said. I finally get to the cashier asked for the food under my name I was given someone else food but I didn’t take it because I knew it wasn’t my food. So then the cashier didn’t try to fine my order just served others then she said I had to ask the manager she didn’t even try to assist me had an attitude told me to hold on so I had to wait even longer. The cashier finally found it i didn’t want it because it wasn’t freshly made then a black gentleman was asking what’s the problem and I told him how i didn’t want the food because it was sitting up for a while and he was like “the chicken is good for 3 hrs”. I looked it up and for food safety food is good up to 2 hrs only if it’s kept warm at 140 degrees because if not it will go bad because of bacteria can grow. Not a satisfied customer and won’t be going back. Also they need to do something about the flies that comes in.
