Ordered chicken tender dinner and original Jack's Burger combo. How to return the first Burger it was ice cold. Unfortunately for my wife for a second Burger was just cold but she didn't want to go cause a problem so she ate her ice cold burger in disgust. No one from Jack's ever came by the table and said hey man what's up, food good? Overall not a very pleasant experience. The chicken fingers coating was so hard I had to remove it. The coleslaw is very runny...
Went here tonight....the whole crew that was working was great.....everyone talking not yelling at each other.....managers helping out and employees who greet and say bye....this is much better than last time great job crew who was working at 5 pm Tonight.....less than 8 minutes and with hot food and respect
The food was good, but there was a lady ( I’m assuming she was the manager, as she was doing interviews in between other duties) that was clearing orders from the system before they were fulfilled. I understand that clearing orders from the system helps the stores “wait times” average, but it’s irresponsible and dishonest to clear orders before they have been fulfilled. Some of those orders didn’t get made until the customers inquired about their orders after waiting...
