They are so disrespectful towards veterans specially disabled veterans. The manger is very rude and dislikes veterans. I never would have thought there is an establishment that disrespect veterans in this country. This restaurant is so disrespectful and a hater towards veterans. It was us the veterans who fought for our freedom and protect the people freedom of this country so they do their own business without any threat. Move back to your 3rd world country and see how far your business will stay in business.

I love this place! The staff is friendly, the service is great and the food is wonderful!! I've had several items on the menu and they were all delicious, with good portions for the money. If you aren't into Mexican food, their Gringo Burger and fries are awesome!

I am not sure what happened to Monterrey's but as a Disabled Veteran the service was worse that when I was in Vietnam, the food has lost its goodness, the people there were rude and as a disabled Veteran I have a Trama Dog and the papers from the VA that certified the dog as needed for my medical condition. We were told we could not sit inside the restaurant, we were put outside in 85-degree heat and no shade, the flies were horrible spent more time swatting flies off our food than actually eating, the manager was rude, and the people, for the most part, died not even understand what we were saying. I would NEVER go back to this restaurant.

I have been going back and forth to IAB for critical medical care and no matter the trip we now make Monterrey's a destination either on the way there or back (or both )! I have to say we now feel like family and walk in so happy to be there and awaiting excellent food!! The servers are always attentive and the food is without fail! I find myself joyful about going to the doctor just for the reward of their amazing food!! Thank you thank you for being on my path!! This year has been full of life saving procedures and even in my weakest stars I enjoy the atmosphere.. even if I can't always enjoy the meal (but my family supporting me needs nourishment!)

Saturday was a cold, windy day we were outside all day .at sundown was hoping 4a warm meal.ordered Enchiladas Verdes,plate was cold ,everything cold the enchiladas wrap was thick like a soft taco and cold the meat in enchiladas was cold. No, hot sauce on table none brought to our table.really disappointing as we were a group of 15 ,the place had two other large groups. when I orders waitress informed me I would get rice and beans with my order the sides never came when I asked she said she did not know it at the time of my order but there is no sides with you "COLD" enchiladas verdes.not going back
