If I could give them negative stars I would. I have tried and tried to give this subway chance after chance because I like subway.
But I just can't believe how much they disappoint every time. You get rude workers that want to complain about what you want. When it's your sandwich you shouldn't have a place like this making faces or sticking there tounge out or making gag noises as they make your sandwich. My son and I wanted a sandwich and was the only ones there. We came in as they were finishing up a couple getting there sandwiches and the two workers were taking there time not asking what we wanted talking back and forth to each other and they drug it out so long it took an hour to get our food. While I was ordering my sandwich I asked if the top could be cleaned off of the tuna because some had crusted up and had cheese on top. She just picked the cheese off the top with her fingers and wanted to say it's just some cheese. I do not want cheese on my tuna. Then she made sure to give me nothing but the top. ( I will not be eating the sandwich anymore). Was a waist of time and money. Not everyone is same and wouldn't just eat whatever mixed with whatever. They should really consider putting a lid on the tuna and moving it away from the cheese. One of there workers wanted to get all snapy and snatching things and just stoped making my sandwich because i wanted toasted. Another worker had to finish making my sandwich. It was ridiculous. I cannot keep giving this subway chances. I have had so many bad experiences here I believe people should know what they will be running into before they stop here!

I always order online thru the app for pickup & it has never failed to be ready when I arrived and never had a mistake in order. I suggest using the tools provided in the app for the more or less option on veggies, sauces, etc and if you think you need to there’s also a place for notations/requests.

I ordered online it's just faster but I literally waited for someone to show up to give me my order I paid for online I thought it would be faster but was wrong 5 minutes into waiting a young man can from the other side of the store and helped me mind you the guy that was behind me been waiting a few minutes before anyone even noticed us standing there... Our sandwiches was good we ordered so that kinda makes up for waiting ig... Definitely wasn't worth almost 18.00 though for 2 foot longs with a coupon....

My 3 year old son and I went in to Subway tonight. It was Cassy working and she was so friendly! She was really nice to my son. The food was great but the service was exceptional!

I ordered my usual foot long Italian BMT on Italian herb and cheese bread. One of the best sandwiches I have had last night in Florala, AL. Cassy was my sandwich Artist. Excellent, friendly service, the bread was extremely fresh for a sandwich made late in the evening. Highly recommend this store. Excellent job!!

We walked up to the counter and Cassie had an attitude like we disturbed her. So it took a minute and we ordered. A footlong steak with onions, peppers and pepper jack cheese. Then she tried to say its a Philly and comes with Xtra provolone... well, that's NOT what we ordered. I asked her why she was charging us for a Philly at $3 more when it's NOT what we ordered. We did not order a Philly or provolone. After her attitude, she wrang us up, and she rudely slapped our sandwiches together. I don't appreciate Cassie's attitude, im in there 3 times a week and have never dealt with her. I will NEVER eat in your subway again. If she don't like her job, she needs to find another one. Cassie was very rude

I drove over 10 miles to take advantage of the buy one get one free deal advertised on TV. I followed all the requirements exactly but when I paid for my order I was told I couldn't have the deal because of problems with their ap and there was nothing they could do. Not even an apology for the fraudulent advertising. This has happened before here. Just a rip off. Second and last time I'll go to this Subway.
