The coffee is great but the employees get mad when you don't tip. I'm sorry but the people on the iPad take your order and it takes about 5 seconds I shouldn't have to tip. It's uncomfortable that I am being asked to begin with! This whole tip thing is getting out of hand. Wish they didn't ask and now I won't be going back just because of that which is too bad because the coffee is good.

I have to have my drink everyday it really surprised me when I came to golf shores Alabama and there was in here
1st time trying 7Brew - we all commented on how friendly everyone was, every person we came in contact with was so nice and friendly and welcoming. It’s awesome to have service like that. I was satisfied with the brunette iced coffee to fuel up for the drive home. Wish we lived closer to try more drinks here.

Caution!! Make sure the lid is properly sealed before taking hold of your coffee. The lid wasn’t on the 5th drink and the server had their hand completely around it when passing it. Therefore it was awkward to receive. As I took it the coffee poured all down my door in my lap and seat.The brand new outfit I had on is stained now. The sever never said sorry just handed me some napkins. I stepped out of my car and ask for a wet towel to wipe off my door , lap and seat. I do believe I received an eye roll from her before getting a dirty wet towel. I didn’t get any complementary anything nor a simple sorry.

My first experience at 7 Brew was not a good one. I visited the store in Foley, on McKenzie. I pulled in behind a car that was currently being serviced and a gentleman took my order. He was pleasant and kind. Then he said he would have to direct us up to the gentleman currently servicing the car in front of me for payment. No problem. And then the wait began. And I waited. And I waited. The young man from 7 Brew dealing with the car in front of me was having a blast with the cute girls in the car. Leaning in to the car, laughing, lots of body language and he even stepped into the building, then came racing out and did a back roll across the hood of their car. This socializing went on for a solid 10 minutes while I sat there and waited. I was fuming. He finally leaned in to the car and gave them all hugs, then they were off. Out of courtesy to my wife, I kept my cool when he asked "hey, how's it goin?". The coffee was good, but I won't go back to that store.
