We stopped by on Monday around 5pm and enjoyed the laid-back ambiance with hardly any crowd. The dishes we chose were tasty, and Patrick, our server, was super friendly and responsive to our requests. My husband's ribs and my quesadilla, accompanied by loaded waffle fries, were all delicious! My only issue was the restaurant was freezing.

got here at 7:44 PM. got in there was maybe a few tables taken up, took us around 5 minutes to get seated. it was our servers THIRD day and she was sweet. took awhile to get our apps at first we thought nothing of it. i ordered a virgin pina coloda and got strawberry mixed into it. our server kept coming back to our table saying sorry for the wait and that their kitchen IS FLOODED. ????? i ordered the double CRUNCH shrimp keep that in mind. we finally got our food at 9:30. ribs we’re over cooked, strawberry salad had 7 THIN slices of strawberries and cold mac and cheese. my double CRUNCH shrimp?? PUFF PASTRIES. you should atleast say something that your supplier substitutes different shrimp to a person who is ordering DOUBLE CRUNCH SHRIMP and not popcorn shrimp. manager came up to me to tell me this and i said i did not want them. saw a review about mold and i 100% believe it. WILL NOT go back thanks!

MOLD. Upon walking into the restaurant there was a pungent nasty wet smell. The ceiling is caved in with water and insulation on the floor. That smell of wet rotten wood and insulation was strong. More specifically it was the smell of wet active mold. We walked out immediately and will never return. What was mind blowing was a few people still eating in there. Have fun getting sick. Health department should shut that down immediately.

The only reason I didn't give them a higher rating is because the restrooms were not very clean and the tables were sticky after being wiped off but the server/waiter that waited on us was fanominal. I wish I could remember his name!!! He had to come in on his off day, open, work all day AND close but he was still so pleasant and funny. He and one other server/waitress were the only ones taking care of customers but we were served in a timely manner. They deserve a bonus $$$!!! Seriously!!! I usually dont leave long reviews like this but he deserves it!
With all the local restaurants saying they’re better I will say they’re not. This chain has the best customer service and best food in the area. I order from here weekly due to this and enjoy every interaction with the staff and enjoy my food always.

The restaurant was nearly empty and the host kept seating customers, us included, in an area where there was an active leak in the ceiling apparently from the A/C system. Towels on the floor, wet floor sign in the middle of the aisle, puddle on the table closest to the leak. The first table we were offered had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. Cup, paper and liquid on the floor. Chicken tenders on the chicken tender platter and oriental salad were overcooked and dry. The other food and appetizers ordered were good. The Chata Colada was great. Our server was struggling but overall did good considering she said she was new.

The food was good, bartender (Kadence) was amazing, friendly, attentive, no problems.
The building itself is absolutely in shambles. Mold and leaking ceilings all over the place. The owners should be ashamed. TVs dont even work, probably due to water damage.

Food and drinks were great. The bartender Kadence, was awesome and did the best with what she had. The building, though terrible... there is mold everywhere and leaks throughout the ceiling. Literally had sections cut off and couldn't seat people due to the leaks. Servers and bartender need to find a better place to work, and this building needs to be renovated and/or shut down.
