Love the burgers and wings. Ask for the fried mushrooms... they're not on the menu but you can get them. (Best with the ranch dip.)

The service was stellar after we got past the host station. Management are all liars and don’t care what their customers want or need.

Service was OK, albeit very new and undertrained. But 15 dollars for some of the smallest boneless wings I've ever seen and no side? Boneless wings were LITERALLY ONE QUARTER of the size of any others I've ever had. Then had to add side separately AND paid extra for blanco and bacon, but there was only a tablespoon-worth of blanco. Come on, man... I used to enjoy this place, but shrinkflation has struck this place HARD!

The management and leadership at the Foley, Alabama location is absolutely horrible and aligns with the culture, service, and food there. They seem to foster an environment of allowing employees to harass and bully young girls, but only address how the girl responds to being bullied and aggressively insulted; instead of the real problem. This is a complete and utter failure of upper management to vet and train personnel properly. And, that failure has resulted in people being placed in positions they have no business occupying. The manager "Sam" has a real nasty attitude, and apparently was either fired or quit a while back when she was just a basic, hourly employee because of that condescending attitude. For some reason unbeknownst to me, Baumhower's decided to hire her back and promote her to a leadership position. Who does that? And, when an attempt to lodge a formal complaint is made with their HR department, the corporate level employees at Aloha Hospitality choose to fabricate complete lies to further their false narrative, cover up their culture of incompetence, bad attitudes, lack of proper management skills or training, and seem to have a pattern of this type of behavior. (See the Google reviews for the Foley, Alabama location left by others in the past few months) Want to know why the service is so bad? The higher-level store managers get bonuses for keeping the labor costs at a bare minimum. They are intentionally understaffed and employees are underscheduled so the store manager can maximize her bonuses. So, there you go. If you want to wait an hour for a dry chicken sandwich, get ignored by your servers, be talked to like a child, rely on the leadership abilities of a washed up waitress-turned-manager, deal with other managers that cosign the behavior of someone that just moved here whose skills consist of using a Cricut printer to make stickers and act you are beneath them, and watch a Roll Tide sister-wife football game, by all means, this is your place. But, if you have any self-respect or dignity, I would highly recommended both patronizing and working somewhere else. #legendary

I drove 3 and half hours straight from work. I went to Baumhower"s with my husband a few months back so I decided to stop in to get a bite to eat and something to drink before I checked into my hotel room. Well when I got there I was told they were in the middle of shift change so there would be a 20 minute. I was okay with that so I gave them my name and phone number and went over to the next parking lot to check into my room. After I checked in my room I saw the same people waiting to be seated. Then after about 10 minutes they started calling names for people to be seated. Then I noticed that I was skipped over a several times because I was a party of one. I approached the manager and he had the host seat me in the center after I was told no booths were available. There were several booths open at which I could have been seated. The only positive experience was the food and my waitress. I spent $36 on my meal and drinks and still tipped the waitress $30 because of her stellar service. This all happened Sat 4/11 around 4pm. I don't like the way I was treated. I will never come back again. If you are black and a party of one please beware. If look at the picture you will see a open booth behind the couple.

The food is good enough, but the service is horrible and getting worse every time we go. Went for lunch today and sat at the bar because there was a wait for a table. Ordered, got our drinks, and then waited over thirty minutes with no food. We asked a server to check. She never came back. The bartender then rushed past our seats (he had never check on us since taking our order) and said he had forgotten to put our order in. That wasn't true since he had already planned our check in front of us. I told him we had to go, our lunch hour was up, and he responded that our check was right there to pay. Like I'm going to pay for food we never got. When I told him we never got our food, he just brushed us aside and said not to worry with the drinks. Never again.
