BB's is probably one of the best places that has opened in this community. She and her staff are super knowledgeable about Holistic Health and healing. They're even quick to respond via Facebook. I can't recommend this place enough. They have been a wonderful resource during my healing journey. If you need help, this is the place to go.

I was referred to BB's by a close friend. My experience has been amazing, informative and transformative. The store is more than just "health food". Barbara has been extremely helpful not only to me but to several of my friends. Everyone is aging but with counseling, exercise and supplements you can slow the aging process down.
I follow the blood type diet which some people allege as a hoax. I think that is just Dr. DeAdamo's hokey writing personality....
