Boggy’s Reviews
Stop in today after visit to Week's Bay Pitcher Plant Bog. First time eating there but it won't be the last. Buffett was loaded and everything was fresh and DELICIOUS. Employees were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
We’ve been only twice. 1st time was great. (Even better than Saraceno’s) 2nd time good, but not great. (Saraceno’s is better and more consistent) We’ll give them a couple more visits. They have possibilities-but consistency is key - and they don’t have that, yet.
Service was very good and friendly. Quiet atmosphere - you don’t feel rushed like you know who.
I’m hoping this becomes a regular on our list.
Down home menu. Nice people. All you can eat, nice variety buffet, clean friendly atmosphere.

Boggy’s is a cozy restaurant that serves delicious home-cooked meals, making customers feel right at home. The atmosphere, service, and food are all top-notch, reminiscent of Granny’s cooking. Recently, guests have praised the warm southern smiles they receive upon arrival and the hot food that reminds them of meals from their childhood. The parking is simple but convenient. The cornbread dressing and a variety of sides like mac&cheese and swamp soup are highly recommended. Customers especially love the meatloaf, which tastes just like grandma made it, and the desserts, including bread pudding and the unbelievable buttermilk pie. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant dining experience with attentive service. The menu offers a selection of dishes, including barbecue chicken, pork, and meatloaf. Don't miss the catfish on Saturdays. Recently, the buffet has been described as loaded with fresh and delicious options, although some reviews noted that the dessert selection can be lacking and the dessert cooler may not work properly. The buffet is small but offers a good variety of southern home cooking, with some guests describing it as the best they’ve had since their Mammaw was alive. The overall experience is warm and inviting, with prices that are considered reasonable for the quality of food served.
