I usually don’t leave bad reviews, or reviews at all. But tonight was unacceptable. Our server “Glace” wasn’t a server at all. I sat with no drink for 20 min, we had to ask a gentleman named Chris who was phenomenal and helped us right away. Glace proceeded to help a bigger table that came in, forgot my husband’s food and just simply didn’t care. Because the cooks had no idea and we had to wait even longer. It was absolutely unacceptable service. Thank you Chris who made our dinner better, took care of us and what we needed. We appreciate you so much.

Had dinner here on a Saturday evening. The place was fairly busy, but I got seated right when I walked in. They had all the college football games on, which was great. I got my order taken within minutes and the server was very friendly. I ordered the Habanero Mango wings. My order came out in about 15 minutes(pretty fast). The wings were very good and the sauce was excellent(just enough spice). I need to say the service was excellent! My drink was getting low and I never had to ask for another, she was already at my table with a new drink. If you want a place to watch sports, get great service and good food. Go here.

The wings were ok. They were cooked a little harder than I preferred. I went into takeout and the cashier/manager or whatever her position did not acknowledge me until it was time to hand me my food. There was a petite cahsier that was helpful. I had already paid for meal online and didn't have time to go through the debate of refunding my money for her lack of service. Won't be going back.

Cannot rave enough about the top notch serviced we recieved today!!

Chris at the door was awesome and a gentleman; our server amanda was absolutely amazing.

They must have a 100% table touch policy. not entirely sure, but I can say we didnt go without drinks always being topped off and many employees checking in on us and asking if we need something and every interaction seemed completely genuine and hospitable not forced good job foley team 100%

Pensacola Bayou Boulvand location - worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've seen. Placed pickup order, they said it would take a lot longer than order said. I asked to cancel and they refused, in person, to provide any confirmation it is or will be canceled. The Manager gave me his business card and told me to just keep checking my bank in about a week for a refund. This was after complaining, initially they wanted to just take my phone number and said "they would call me in the coming days". Worst ran place I've seen.

Very disappointed in the food and service I received here and will not eat at this location again. Tourist may fill the coffers, but don't count on locals being regular guests.

Ordered food and specifically told the server I wanted to use my points for the cheese curds. I also ordered the 20wings and fries deal that was on the app. I even showed it to the server and it said $16.99 when the check came there was a $25.49 charge for the wings and $5 for the fries, also $10.99 for the cheese curds when I ask them to fix it the server took the check to the manager and they adjusted the cheese curds but pretty much said that the wings was not being adjusted because it was online only order. It did not say that and the server did not say that when I showed him the wings on the app. By the end of the conversation it wasn’t even about the price it was about the fact that I am showing you what the app is saying and you said there was nothing you can do and that the other manager said it’s online order only. Buffalo Wild Wings customer service has really went down over the last few months and the attitude of your servers and managers are horrible. I shall not return for a very long time if at all.

The wait staff left something to be desired.
We were there around 3:30 and they weren't very busy but it took a long time to get our beverages. Supposedly an issue with the printer. Nobody came and told us about it.
Don't think I'd go back to this particular location, a lot of other places nearby that serve wings

This is more of a bar than a restaurant, as is evidenced by the smell of two day old urine in the men's bathroom.

They have a juke box hooked into the Touchtunes app. This was great and I put in 16 songs. Two songs into it, they killed the jukebox to play the audio from ESPN's sportsball coverage. My table complained and we got 10 bucks off our ticket. That coulda been worse. It should have been better.

And "Orders & Visits" does not exist on the link provided by the Owner's reply below. LOL
