Ordered food and specifically told the server I wanted to use my points for the cheese curds. I also ordered the 20wings and fries deal that was on the app. I even showed it to the server and it said $16.99 when the check came there was a $25.49 charge for the wings and $5 for the fries, also $10.99 for the cheese curds when I ask them to fix it the server took the check to the manager and they adjusted the cheese curds but pretty much said that the wings was not being adjusted because it was online only order. It did not say that and the server did not say that when I showed him the wings on the app. By the end of the conversation it wasn’t even about the price it was about the fact that I am showing you what the app is saying and you said there was nothing you can do and that the other manager said it’s online order only. Buffalo Wild Wings customer service has really went down over the last few months and the attitude of your servers and managers are horrible. I shall not return for a very long time if at all.

The wait staff left something to be desired.
We were there around 3:30 and they weren't very busy but it took a long time to get our beverages. Supposedly an issue with the printer. Nobody came and told us about it.
Don't think I'd go back to this particular location, a lot of other places nearby that serve wings

This is more of a bar than a restaurant, as is evidenced by the smell of two day old urine in the men's bathroom.
They have a juke box hooked into the Touchtunes app. This was great and I put in 16 songs. Two songs into it, they killed the jukebox to play the audio from ESPN's sportsball coverage. My table complained and we got 10 bucks off our ticket. That coulda been worse. It should have been better.

Sat at the bar, and the bartenders were completely lousy!! I counted 5 people with empty glasses waiting for a beer besides us!

Me and my husband went to eat tonight and had a free appetizer. We asked our server if the house sample was included in that and she said yes so we ordered it, comes time to check out and tells me it didn’t take it off so the manager came over and said yes the house sample is included in the free appetizer I said respectfully our server has told us that it was we asked her before we ordered it he said he would take care of it. Server came back to take my card after the manager fixed our balance for us and said she never said that. She was very rude and causing a disturbance and ruined my night with my husband! If you go to Buffalo Wild Wings in foley Al and get Sheryl ask for another server cause she will ruin your night as well.. I do want to say thank you to the manager tho for understanding and helping us out.

Absolutely the BEST chicken wrap I've ever had. A very good black cherry Mezaritta as well. Though the amount of TV screens in there was overkill even for a sports bar. And we had to try and talk over the volume of them. It was a bit too loud.

Beware if your server’s name is Dee (middle aged woman with brown hair) at this location. She got our order wrong twice. While we weren’t mad at the mistake, we just wanted the right order. The issue came when she decided that the mistake was my fault and came to the table on 3 occasions to blame me and to make sure I knew it was my fault. Even though her and I had a conversation about how I DIDNT want the chipotle flavor because it was too spicy for me. My husband heard me clearly state the correct order when the order was being placed. Again, it wasn’t the mistake that we were upset about it was the fact that Dee couldn’t take responsibility or act professionally but instead intended to place the blame on her customer multiple times even while we were trying to enjoy our meal. Another server noticed how clearly uncomfortable I was and even came and asked me if I was okay.
To place the cherry on top, both my husband and I got food poisoning!

Young lady with the black hair and shaved sides did not show good customer service! Only acknowledged me to take my order, but any time she stopped near us she only looked at and spoke to my girlfriend. Only asked my girlfriend if she wanted a refill on her drink and was just very flirty overall. I find that very rude!
