The service was excellent and JB made sure we got seated quickly and took our order right away. The order was correct and he made sure once it was delivered!

Absolutely fantastic. The food, service, and place was all great. Chips are thin but bot too salty and tried some cactus grits there which turns out to be like a side of queso. When we travel back down there we will be sure to go again.

Poor establishment. An adult we were with ordered from the kids menu. When the bill arrived, a $3 'adult upcharge' was added. We were not told this would happen. I asked if that meant the dish was an adult sized portion and the curt manager said no (I guess he was the manager because he asked how everything was when we got the bill and he wasn't the waitress). How can we be charged an adult fee when it wasn't an adult portion? And to not be told this would happen is unacceptable. I would avoid this place. There are plenty of good Mexican restaurants that care about their customer service.

Wonderful food! We enjoyed our meal and our server was attentive and efficient.
The cactus grits are delicious! Our plates were full and yummy.
Downside: The kids meals were on the small side.

Use to love this location it has went to garbage. Spent 75 dollars on a to go order. 2 fajitas with rice and beansand a large cheese dip. The cheese dip was smaller than the small bowl that comes to the table and they left out the sides. I went back in and the manager was a joke he told me that was a large cheese dip and that he didn't hear me say rice and beans lol so 75 dollars for 2 fajitas and a spoon full of cheese dip

First time eating there, last time eating there! The staff was great, the food?? Not so great! I ordered beef nachos with beans; it took awhile to get my food. The food was meh… nothing to write home about! At least the margarita was on point!

Oh my word. I have never been to this location, but lemme tell you about how one of the managers, Danny, took such great care of me !!! I called Foley bc I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone at the Fairhope location to request a duplicate receipt. Danny answered and was super pleasant. She said she’d call the Fairhope location for me and get my receipt. She gave me her cell phone number so I could send her the info needed to get the duplicate receipt. She even called back when she didn’t receive a text from me and it turned out I text the wrong number ! Without her calling back to check, I would have never known. I mean I’m blown away by the level of customer service this lady provided me without me ever stepping foot in her establishment. The world needs more Danny’s ! I so appreciate her !
Afternoon crowd is local and fun, Bat tender and staff are friendly and helpful! The food is definitely American/Mexican and very good! One of my regular stops!!
