I ordered a fish sandwich with cheese. They forgot the cheese. So I asked the cashier if she could just give me a slice of cheese instead of sending my sandwich back. She came back to my table and told me the kitchen staff said I couldn't have my cheese because they forgot to ring it up. Didn't even offer to charge me for the slice of cheese, just told me no and walked away. It wasn't worth arguing about, in fact the food wasn't really worth stopping for too begin with, maybe if it had been free, but probably still not if I'm not allowed to have cheese on my sandwich.

Good place to stop. Fairly new building, very clean, good parking, easy access. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. Service is fast. Food was fresh, hot, tasted great.

Drive thru for dinner last nightFish and shrimp plate. Dinner Was cold and shrimp was nasty had to throw them away. Tasted like perfume???

I went through the drive through for lunch at 1:30 and had Terry take my order and his customer service was wonderful. Upon looking at the bag I had discovered that I was missing a piece of fish and most of my chicken from my meal.

Well, we tried out the new Captain D's, In Foley, Alabama and I'm sorry to say we were very disappointed. The service was very good and friendly, but there was no heat in the building that we could feel. I asked the cashier about it and she said the heat would just not keep up with cold outside. The food was another story. The fish tasted old, and I could not eat at all the shrimp was OK coleslaw was fine and the french fries were very good but seeing how the fish was the main part of our meal it made for a bad experience. The atmosphere was OK. I thought the music was playing a little loud and like I said it was very cold in there , but the tables in the floors were all clean and the restroom was very clean. Maybe they just had a bad batch of fish, but this is my review.
