Good place for a fun family time.

If I could give negatives I would.

Ordered the cheeseburger egg rolls waited 25 minutes they came out and were cold.

Ordered a salad with no tomatoes, came out with tomatoes.

Ordered cheesesticks. They were luke warm, at best, and the marina was literally fermented.

Ordered a chicken supreme came out after everyone else was finished with their food.

Told the manager all of this and her response was you have to give us time, people are being served over there, this isn't McDonald's.

You are absolutely right. We expect that after waiting 25 minutes to get an appetizer, at least McDonald's would have made sure it was hot.

Worst food, service, and management I have ever experienced.

And to address the statement below- that is a blatant and outright lie. The salad was removed from the table (whicj a child was trying to eat, even AFTER it was wrong) and never returned (but we were charged for it), the cheeseticks were sent back and the new ones brought out were still luke warm ( at this point the three children with us were starving so they ate them), the sandwich was left sitting on the table and never touched.

The only good thing from that meal was pizza.

I love a company that lies thinking that someone isn't going to comment back.

Also, I didn't ask for a single free item, I paid $60 and she discounted one of the appetizers (again we did not ask for that). We wanted food prepared correctly and instead were met with incompetent wait staff and a general manager that gave literally no cares that their service or food was terrible.

As a veteran who has lived all over the country, I can confidently say this was one of the best places we’ve come across for a birthday party. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.

We worked with Megan, the event coordinator, who was fantastic. She even called the day before the party to confirm all the final details and answer any questions we had. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out.

The facility was clean, safe, and well-organized. The pizza was delicious — much better than what we’ve had at similar places in other cities (looking at you, Pensacola!). The kids had an absolute blast with bowling, laser tag, and they finished the day enjoying the arcade games. And we weren’t rushed!

A big shout-out to our party host, Joseph, who was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the event.

Everything about this place hit top marks. Highly recommend — especially for military families looking for a fun, stress-free celebration spot

Bowling with the family. Something for everyone

1st time there on 9 6 25. Had a blast. Pizza was not bad either. Had a frozen Margarita as well.

Fun time listening to music and eating.

Our recent team building outing was a huge success. Special thanks to Megan for the ease of setting everything up and was perfect. The entire staff was phenomenal. Thank you..........

great experience at Gulf Bowl! fantastic alley with great employees. lots of balls available, very clean as well. great arcade as well!

Fun was good

Catfish fingers and fries.

Fingers bland, no salt or very little, small, short, thin, literally size of your thumb and small finger, some were small round crusty pieces; fries great.

Restaurant staff friendly.
The counter staff in the bowling alley, I hope their day got better.

Clean bathrooms & friendly staff & fun all around

For starters- i want to personally say i come in here a lot and i will say a lot of times everything is fine, and i enjoy my experience, but tonight, that was NOT the case.

Your counter people were INCREDIBLY rude. They talk to guest like they are 2/3 yr old kids, and that is sooo unprofessional in my books. Even the so called “night time” manger is rude, and so ugly to the folks he talks to- maybe once you guys fix that this place will be 100% better.

Now the incident tonight that i PERSONALLY witnessed. There was a lady that was bowling, and she had gotten sick and she didn’t quite make it to the bathroom, so she got sick in the garbage can and on the floor.. but; instead of your workers checking on her and just cleaning it up. One of your guys RUDELY told her that they IMMEDIATELY had to leave and the proceed to tell them to go. THEN, the guys that told them that had to go, sat back at the counter along with 2-3 other guys and done nothing, but made kingston (i believe was his name) do ALL the cleaning of the throw up with no help from his peers. instead, they stood back, behind the counter, ON THERE PHONES, and didn’t help at all. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and horrible of your workers.

if i could give 5 stars on just one worker i would , and that would be for Kingston.

Fun place.

This is our first family visit to the bowling alley. We found the personnel handling lane purchases and bowling equipment rentals to be very friendly, kind, and helpful. However, the manager overseeing food orders, a woman, was surprisingly rude to my grandmother, child, and me due to an incident I was unaware of. A more diplomatic approach would have been appreciated. While I would consider returning for bowling, I would not recommend the food.
