We got take out service was very slow but we understand because employee was new. We both had burrito bowls which were ok but the chips were so stale they were almost rubber. When you pay over $30 for a meal that's ridiculous... do better!

I have great respect for the staff at Chipotle in Foley, AL because they hustle. Although they have been sometimes short-staffed through the years, they always hustle and try to be cheerful about it. A week ago, one Chipotle Staff named Grace was especially working fast to fill drive-through orders and then doing her best to wipe down tables in her free moments. I usually stop and eat there on the way home at night and will order a Steak or Chicken bowl and then ask for Vinaigrette to add to it. I didn’t bother asking about the Vinaigrette or even mentioning it because I had already overheard thar they were out. Grace saw me in line and (just out of her own goodness and great work ethic) she took the initiative to say “Give me 5 minutes and I’ll make you some Vinaigrette”! Wow!! Brightened my whole day! People often speak badly about the young generation but I was so impressed at the initiative, work ethic, and genuine kindness of this young girl. She could have taken some well-deserved time to rest and instead she wanted to make someone else’s life better. She deserves a raise and great praise from Upper Management for being such a great worker and person

The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Extremely dirty restaurant. They were not cleaning up as they prepared peoples food. I saw gloves not being changed out after touching other non food items. I was so hungry I stayed, but I felt so disgusted by how my food was handled, I didn’t feel comfortable eating it. Definitely pass on this one if you are in the area.

Ordered delivery first thing when they opened. Kids 2 chicken taco meal with sour cream and cheese. First of all kids meals comes in deconstructed (everything separated ) taco container got this sloppy mess. Complained to corporate. Literally they had just opened for the day. So sad

Stopped by Chipotle in Foley, Alabama and had a solid experience. It’s a smaller Chipotle, but there was plenty of seating when we went, which made it comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal.

I ordered the Carne Asada, which recently returned as a limited-time favorite. While it was seasoned with lime and cilantro and cooked well, I didn’t think that much of it overall.

My girlfriend had the Barbacoa, and it was the standout. The shredded beef was incredibly tender from being braised for hours and packed with rich flavor from seasonings like cumin, cloves, and bay leaf. I’m definitely looking forward to trying the Barbacoa next time.

Fresh ingredients, good portions, and this is just great Mexican comfort food. We’ll be back.

Literally the worst Chipotle I've been to. Went inside and they said they couldn't give me any guac and that I could only get it if I put in an online order. I did. They didn't give me any guac although i paid for it. Spend your money elsewhere.

I come here no less than twice a week, I order the exact same thing every time and it's usually pretty good! I order drive thru pick up everyday for 2:40, sometimes it takes 20+ minutes to receive my order. Often time no napkins or utensils (i started keeping them in my car is so often forgotten)

It really depends on the crew member working the windows. I'd give 5 stars but the portion and freshness inconsistencies won't allow me to.

Love how when I order a side of guac. They just leave it out with no refund. Come back to the window they tell me they are out, cool understandable. They give queso instead but then I get home and I have guac on my bowl. So did you lie or just not feel like putting some in a cup.

It was 5:55 and they did not have the meet we wanted our the veg's. There response was that the meat would be made sometime soon and did not offer to make the vegetables at all so we left.

I usually enjoy coming here because the food is good, but my visit on September 10 around 8 PM was very disappointing. The service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The beans were out, so I asked the guy behind the counter if more were coming. He said yes, so I asked if he knew how long it would take. His response was simply, “I don’t know.” I then asked if he could check, since I wanted to know whether it was worth waiting. Instead of answering professionally, he rolled his eyes, turned around, and asked someone else. He didn’t even bother to tell me the answer—his coworker had to respond instead. It felt very rude and dismissive.

On top of that, the woman who was finishing the bowls looked annoyed and rushed me through my order with an attitude. She didn’t smile or even try to be friendly, which made the experience even worse.

Sadly, the food didn’t make up for the bad service. The rice was bland, low in salt, and stuck together like it had been sitting in water. The steak also had no seasoning, and even the pico de gallo was flavorless. Overall, the quality of the food was not what I’m used to here.

This location is usually reliable, but after this experience I left really disappointed. Both the service and the food need improvement because this was nothing like what I’ve come to expect.

Zero stars! Literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to and sadly since it’s the only one near me I’ve given it about 4 or 5 tries and everytime it is more disappointing. Multiple times have been sick from the food. And this last time, I wait for 10 minutes to be served because only 1 of the 5 employees was doing anything, the rest were standing around, and when I finally get up to the counter they inform me they are out of every meat except for carnitas. I ask how long it will take for the other meats to be ready, she turns around and sees that obviously no one else is doing anything and says “I don’t know, it doesn’t look like we are cooking anything and I’m not sure how long it will take.” This wasn’t at the end of the the night. It was at 5:30, and they don’t close until 11. Absolutely the worst.
