Love how when I order a side of guac. They just leave it out with no refund. Come back to the window they tell me they are out, cool understandable. They give queso instead but then I get home and I have guac on my bowl. So did you lie or just not feel like putting some in a cup.

It was 5:55 and they did not have the meet we wanted our the veg's. There response was that the meat would be made sometime soon and did not offer to make the vegetables at all so we left.

I usually enjoy coming here because the food is good, but my visit on September 10 around 8 PM was very disappointing. The service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The beans were out, so I asked the guy behind the counter if more were coming. He said yes, so I asked if he knew how long it would take. His response was simply, “I don’t know.” I then asked if he could check, since I wanted to know whether it was worth waiting. Instead of answering professionally, he rolled his eyes, turned around, and asked someone else. He didn’t even bother to tell me the answer—his coworker had to respond instead. It felt very rude and dismissive.

On top of that, the woman who was finishing the bowls looked annoyed and rushed me through my order with an attitude. She didn’t smile or even try to be friendly, which made the experience even worse.

Sadly, the food didn’t make up for the bad service. The rice was bland, low in salt, and stuck together like it had been sitting in water. The steak also had no seasoning, and even the pico de gallo was flavorless. Overall, the quality of the food was not what I’m used to here.

This location is usually reliable, but after this experience I left really disappointed. Both the service and the food need improvement because this was nothing like what I’ve come to expect.

Zero stars! Literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to and sadly since it’s the only one near me I’ve given it about 4 or 5 tries and everytime it is more disappointing. Multiple times have been sick from the food. And this last time, I wait for 10 minutes to be served because only 1 of the 5 employees was doing anything, the rest were standing around, and when I finally get up to the counter they inform me they are out of every meat except for carnitas. I ask how long it will take for the other meats to be ready, she turns around and sees that obviously no one else is doing anything and says “I don’t know, it doesn’t look like we are cooking anything and I’m not sure how long it will take.” This wasn’t at the end of the the night. It was at 5:30, and they don’t close until 11. Absolutely the worst.

Don’t order mobile if you want a full bowl or everything to be right I had ordered a bowl with EXTRA SOUR CREAM they barely put any and only put a little pinch of lettuce 🥬 one of our bowls were full but the other wasn’t full at all and I order extra but never get extra. So I don’t recommend ordering mobile drive thru pick up plus they gave us no forks or napkins which I had to go inside and grab some

This is my first time at this location! It is pretty clean! It was not crowded at all! Staff was amazing and quick! Bathroom clean 🛀 and drink station clean! Highly recommend!

Every visit out of something! Lettuce at 3 in the afternoon? A product which is sold locally at grocery stores. Maybe put a sign on the door of what your out of and change it hourly! Dining room is also always in the state of looking like a cafeteria food fight just broke out. Where is senior leadership!!!

Day shift is great! However, night shift moves slower without urgency on filling orders. There is usually an unnecessary wait time at night for orders, while you see employees laughing, talking, playing and fixing and eating food for themselves.

This was a first time vist & an interesting visit all rolled into 1... I walked in & the place was completely empty. The food area looked like a bomb went off, food everywhere & all over the counter. An employee came out & told me that i could only order online. So I went to my vehicle & did just that. Online ordering was a little bit of a pain, but I managed. While ordering several people walked in & in my rear view mirror, I saw that another employee was taking their orders & that the people were sitting inside. I waited for the time for my order to be done & went through the drive-through to pick it up. The employee who told me that it was online ordering was the same employee that handed me my food. He didn't say anything about the confusion & I didn't ask. The food was good.

Normally, I would have just left after seeing the food prep area but decided to stick it out. Would I try it again? Sure.. If it is the same, it will be the last time, though... I have been to several Chipotle restaurants across many states & have never had an experience like this one.
