This place has been around since my childhood. All of it close to my childhood memories. They got hit hard with demand on opening based on when we got there, but they started cranking out the pizzas and calling out when they are up.
Not docking stars for these below points but my recommendation is to fix them, somehow.
The only thing that is starkly different but still okay is the apple desert pizza. It is tradition to save room for a slice or two to end cap the buffet splurge. When I was a kid it had cinnamon apple pie filling as a part of the sauce but that is missing. Only thing that gives a hint of its past self is the cinnamon crumbs. The sauce I gather is only vanilla pudding which make a decent custard pastry sauce but it is not really apple pizza anymore.
Also I don't remember if it the bathroom was as slippery back then but if my hand was not still on the door when stepping in I would have busted it hard. Straight up near frictionless in there.

The Pizza is great much better than the Daphne location. The employees are nice the restaurant is nice and cool temperature. The furniture needs to be piled in the parking lot and set on fire, most had tears on the seats and the windows need to be washed or replaced. But the food is really good. I heard the owners own the Daphne and mobile locations as well as this one so they have money and need to spend some on new tables and seats.

Staff offered to fix any pizza we wanted. Nice. All food was hot and delicious. Plenty of selections in pizza and dessert items. The salad bar was great also. They even had soup selections. Place was clean, including rest rooms. They also have several arcade machines available. Great place for quick lunch or dinner.

This place needs major work. Just about every booth is broken and seats torn. Half of them are safety hazards. The overall vibe is displeasing and the food was mediocre at best. The only appeal is the price. You can't even get a water cup without having to buy a soda, which my family and I do not drink.

Kaitlin was absolutely the most amazing manager I've ever seen at a Cicis before. She went above and beyond for EVERY customer to make their experience the best possible. She waved and smiled and said goodbye every time. She helped kids with their food, made sure everything was fresh and had special pizza made immediately! Whatever you do.... don't loose her!!! Mona, Henry, and James were also amazing, following their manager and doing whatever was asked with a smile on their face. Picking up garbage that most people would overlook.
