Let me take a second to RAVE about Kaitlyn at CiCi’s Pizza in Foley, Alabama because she is an absolute treasure!!
We were just there enjoying our visit when Kaitlyn noticed my youngest just a baby and completely unprompted, she came out with the sweetest, most thoughtful gesture. She personally had a custom pizza-pasta made just for him — without us even asking! It was like she saw him, and just wanted to make him feel special. My heart absolutely melted!
This wasn’t just great customer service — it was genuine kindness. She didn’t have to do a thing, but she went out of her way with such joy and care that it honestly left us speechless. My kids lit up, and it turned an ordinary dinner into a great last night memory.
She made us feel so seen, so welcome, and so cared for like family. And that kind of customer service? That kind of kindness? That’s rare. The world needs more Kaitlyns.

If I could give it negative starts I would. We placed an order, my daughters husband drove the 45 minutes round trip for it and our wings had the wrong sauce on them, they pulled garlic bread off the buffet ( 6 pieces) when I paid for 16 of them. They claim to not give refunds unless we come back in person to do it. Non apologetic at all. Literally a waste of $37.

Ordered pizza online for delivery and what can I say, the driver was friendly and the pizza was awesome. It only took about 20 minutes from the time I ordered until the delivery driver was at the door, highly recommend 😁
