We were walking around OWA and came up to the shop. We stayed outside bc I saw they were closing up shop and already mopping, but the young gentleman that were there saw that I was craving something warm and sugary hahah. One of them opened up the door and said they still had cinnamon rolls (which are to die for!). I thought it was really sweet that they still attended us even though they were close to heading out for the day. The cinnamon roll is absolutely scrumptious and it’s a nice snack to have while you’re walking around. Loved their service more than anything.

I've ordered here before and had no problems, my issue is with the lie of when they're open. I work near here, I got off yesterday and today wanting to treat myself, I checked the website, says they're open till 8. Maps says they're open till 8. They're closed well before 4:30 which is about when I get there. So i wasted my time (and endured painful walks!) For nothing.I won't be trying for a third time.

The worst ever. Waited 28 minutes for pretzel dogs. They have no system in place to keep track of who ordered what in what order. After waiting 15 minutes the guy at the register asked what I ordered. The guy making stuff gave a oh no look. Then he started to making them from scratch. Then they come out a little burned because there is nothing on the oven to let them know they are done. I thought McDonald's was bad, but at least they have systems in place, even if they don't work well. Do not waste your time.

This place is NEVER OPEN EVEN WHEN THE WEBSITE confirm it. Don't bother going...they'll be closed. So tired of checking the website and driving over only to find the doors locked.

The worst cinnamon rolls I've ever eaten. Refrigerator rolls are 5 star in comparison. Ordered the box of 9 as displayed on the counter $16 after tax. Guaranteed fresh made that morning, everything in the store! I noticed a staffer walking up with another box. The individual waiting on me took that box and bagged it. I assumed the original was for display on the counter and thought little more about it. When we arrived home ready to enjoy them they didn't look anything like that fluffy cinnamon roll in the picture. The dough hadn't risen at all and was tough and chewy. No one elected to have seconds. By then too far away to return them. My first experience with Cinnabon. 2nd experience is highly unlikely! I wish I'd thought to take a photo to share.

Staff was friendly and service was great. Although its not their fault, we made a blank trip at 9 thinking that is when they opened, but they open at 11. They stated they have tried to correct this problem but Google will not let them. I suggested an edit to the hours as well. Overall I was pleased and would go back again.

The young girl here with gaged ears was literally so rude to me slamming my stuff at me I said thank you she rolls her eyes at me and my one year old because she’s misbehaving. Miserable people, I’ll drive to Pensacola next time to get it then I asked for a split payment between two cards which I know u can do I’ve worked in the medical field and retail. And she acted like it was a problem then I told her just to ring up my two items separately then so I could pay with two different cards and she was super rude again and yelled at me to HOLD ON…

This is my all time favorite place to visit while down in gulf shores! There isn't a cinnabon anywhere close to where I live so I really enjoy stopping here. They have the best cinnamon rolls ever!
We wanted Cinnabon on vacation and planned it for our last day. Drove our family I drom Gulf Shores to grab breakfast and go back to the beach, only for them not to open at the time Google has their hours. A huge disappointment and waste of our last few vacation hours
