Great service. My 7 year old daughter loved watching them make the ice cream. Flavors were outstanding. Nothing low quality here, top notch across the board. Daughter loved their version of cookies and cream. Wife and I loved the caramel pretzel, was excellent. Definitely worth taking your family for a nice cold treat!

Seating available inside. It was busy but it seemed to have a good flow that when one group was ready to sit, another group was just leaving.
My boyfriend and I tried Cowbell on vacation and it was awesome! Staff is amazing and friendly. The place is clean and we had expectations on taste more than exceeded! It was around $20 for both of us, but servings are a great size.
I am currently standing waiting for my ice cream and haven’t tried it yet so I can’t rate the ice cream but, based on the women that is waiting on everyone I have to give this place a 1 star. To say that she is rude is an understatement. I truly hope she is not the owner but I fear she may be. I’m so sorry you are busy and have a lot of customers ma’am but that is no reason to be rude!! Shame on you!

This is a unique ice cream shop. I was lucky enough to find it while I was on vacation. You can watch as someone mixes your ice cream flavors together and forms it rolls of deliciousness. I thoroughly enjoyed the peanut butter cheesecake.
Cowbell is my #1 favorite place to eat in Gulf Shores. I highly recommend their Turtle Tracks but substitute Biscoff for the pecans. It is chef’s kiss!!
