They served me raw chicken. Rolls were burned. But the chicken grossed all 6 of us out. The mac n cheese was ok, but it had a bunch of the burned bottom of the pot in it.
Brought my husband in for the pot roast which I had tried earlier & thought was absolutely delicious so I wanted him to taste it. Our server, Amber, was polite, conscientious, & attentive. Their pot roast is to die for! Take my word for it -- you really need to try it!

Very nice, themed place, excellent service. Although there is a waiting time of 30 minutes or more.

Cornbread dressing was delicious. Turkey looked very appetizing but tasted burnt. I could smell the burnt odor as soon as I opened the container. I don’t know how they missed that when they arranged the meal. I couldn’t eat it. They did not include the strawberry pie I ordered. I had to return to the store to get it.

Stopped at the Foley, Alabama store, ~9 am weekday morning. My wife and I were seated at a 2 top in a high traffic area of the dining room, with several empty 4 tops along the walls. I asked a server who allowed us to move to a more comfortable table. We ordered breakfast: very under-cooked bacon, shells in scrambled eggs, biscuits were hockey pucks, no toast (or butter for grits) until entire rest of plate was cold. The coffee was quite good. The server seemed to be inexperienced, but was trying to keep everyone served. The manager finally came out; he was so proud of himself for taking an entree off our bill. I relayed our dissatisfaction with the entire experience and that he should have come over to us a lot earlier. This is the last time we will try to have a meal in a Cracker Barrel. They should get back to the quality of food folks expect to get there.

Please please please start putting syrup with the pancakes in the doordash orders. I hate to sound like that person.... but this is a lot of money to spend on plain pancakes without syrup... again. She even requested syrup on the order itself.

It was not very busy, which was nice. But, the food seems to be fresher, and better quality when it is busy. You would think 4 people for $80, that is would be good food. But it was dry and very, very small servings! Server was awesome! But we will be taking a break, again, from eating here. Hopefully they will improve again, so we can visit.

I order the chicken fried chicken which is what I always get and it’s supposed to or with the white gravy on top which they didn’t put on top or on side, never had this problem and of course they were about to close so no one answered the phone when I called.

I ordered a hamburger steak. I ordered extra brown gravy on the side. The hamburger steak was supposed to have gravy and onions on it. There was nothing on it and I didn’t get the extra gravy on the side. I guess I should have checked the order to make sure it was correct.

I am not feeling well. So, my husband decided to get me some soup. It wasn’t the best.
