My first time here. Let me start by saying In n Out is my favorite burger chain. Since we don't have those here "yet", I have been on the hunt for a worthy second. This was a good burger, the meat had good flavor and the vegetables were fresh. My only real complaint on the burger is that I wish the cheese was melted on it. Love this place, but beware, not all Culvers honor promotions. Was disappointed they would not honor the 4 for $10 point promotion or have the loyalty punch cards for rewards as advertised
My daughters burger came with mustard, catchup and other things. They told her to get what she wanted on it. The lady said they are supposed to ask what you want on it. & told us to keep the burger. Filled out the survey and got a free custard. ?
