Not sure what the world has come to. No one to take order so forced to use kiosk. Then you take a number and put it on your table so an employee can yell the table number for you to go back up to get your food ten minutes later. Over $60 for a family of five to eat lunch at McDonald's and you can't even get someone to take an order.

Horrible. Third car inline. 27 min to reach window. All 6 orders or fires cold and 4 out of 6 sandwiches were incorrect. Do not recommend.

My friend’s & I when to McDonald’s before the parade. They were very under staffed. We used automatic order system. We sat down with our number. After 30 minutes my friend went to desk to get our food. The system was messed up. Finally got food. Went to get drinks but out of syrup. Told the desk, they said it was out in back too. Payed for drinks we didn’t get. Not going back.

My 20-piece chicken McNuggets was over 2-hours old. I was a manager for 10 years and know it was intentional. Somebody didn’t want to through them out. (“Kids eat chicken McNuggets and they won’t complain.”) I know quality matters and sales are important. Sadly, this location historically performs poorly. I hope corporate has their eyes open. Consumers should go elsewhere. OWA should have bulldozed this location for McDonalds as a public service!!

Passing through on our way home we wanted a quick stop and a quick bite of food. Would have been better to stop at a sit down restaurant. Took more than 15 minutes to get mobile order then they forgot something and it was another 5-10 minutes as the thing they forgot was not made. Food also cost more than a typical McDonald’s and half our food was “well done” as in burnt. Awful, please avoid for your own good.

My wife and I were taking our daughter and granddaughter to the Pensacola Airport for their flight back to Milwaukee. It was an early flight so we picked up breakfast at this McDonald's drive thru. While taking a first bite of my breakfast burrito I felt an object poke against the roof of my mouth. The object I removed from my mouth was a hairpin that had been in the burrito. Needless to say, our breakfast ended at this point! Can you imagine what would have happened if this hairpin had gotten lodged in my throat? To be clear, this is one family that will not be eating at this restaurant ever again!!

Used drive-thru today Dec 22, 2020, at 11:00. Fries were COLD! Told us to pull up and they will cook and get us fresh fries! If they just started serving lunch at 11:00 why weren't there freshly fried fries? What were they giving us, left covers from last night? We waited, and by this time our sandwiches were getting cold because we had to wait for freshly cooked fries! Poor service from staff and especially manager - the worst attitude! Need to send this manager to "How To Be Manager 101 Class for Dummies"!
