Ordered online, hoping to save time, it didn't help. The drive-thru was closed due to damage overhead . I had to go inside due to no designated curbside parking slots. Time had past talking with a customer. I noticed everyone had left, and new customers were picking up orders . Turns out my order was sitting on the rack. I had to ask for even though I told them I was there when arriving. Pizza was so-so

This is the 2nd order in a row where toppings were missing. The first time was a pickup at the window. I waited 10 minutes and had to call on the phone to get someone to come give me my pizza. The young guy was nice and apologized, and I understand it wasn't his fault he didn't have enough help. Today I ordered delivery. Website said 20-40 minutes, it was 2 hours. I wouldn't even be mad about that if they made me a fresh pizza when they didn't have anyone to deliver it. But no, it sat for an hour and 31 minutes. It was barely even lukewarm when it got here. $30 is too much for cold pizza. Next time I want delivery I'll be ordering elsewhere.

Order a delivery from here and you can expect it to take 2hrs and they will definitely mess at least one part of it up. Really poorly ran.

I sent a message to Corporate customer service that I was unhappy with the half price special. It looked like half the toppings were on the pizza. The owner was supposed to contact me over 2 weeks ago. That didn't happen. I will not patronize Dominoes again. Had a problem with Papa John's and they immediately rectified the problem.

I’m sorry but that’s not melted cheese….I don’t care if the inspector came yesterday and I don’t care if you got a 98 like u said…. That’s nasty. Then one of the employees took it from me and tried to squish it and said it’s not squishy…well dried mouse poop would only be squishy if the poop had just been pooped out….Employees were using non family friendly language. Check the pizza boxes.

ordered on line for a supreme or combination with extra olives.
paid for pizza, got home and I had a dry crust with about 10 olive slices, that is for $20. not happy. that's it for Dominos!

Walked in to purchase 4 different pizzas. Had to repeat my order several times to the lady taking the order. One of the pizzas was not taken right. I got what was given to me and left. When I got back to the place where we were working, I realized that they did not have my order compete. I called the store and talked with a young man. I told him what had happened and he said yes because a new employee had made a mistake. I asked him if they would please bring the pizza they left off to us. He advised me that if his district manager was not there, he could wave the $5 delivery charge. I then stated you are the ones that messed up the order and needed to deliver it to me. He said he couldn't without charging me $5. I said you under stand i just spent over $70 with you and the least he could do was to deliver it. He once again said he would have to charge the fee. I said let me speak to the district manager that he said was there and he said oh he is in a meeting. I stated he is in a meeting at 12 noon on a Sunday. He immediately put me on hold. Note there was only 4 people in the store and no one was a district manager. He came back on the phone and stated he could not come to the phone. I then asked if he knew about Google and he said yes. I told him I was going to place a 1 star and give this review as well as contact the BBB about his business practices. He said go ahead he didn't care. I hung up and I am living up to what I said I was going to do. Their customer service skills needs to be worked on. BTW he told me he was one of the managers working there. The young man needs to learn about customer service.

"technical error. please try again later." message appears, after 2 minutes of thinking, every time I try to place my online order. 1st card: error. repeat a few times: same error. Move on to card #2: also error message. Alright, well, I guess cash is fine. Nope, that still doesn't place my order. I had to then call the store and place my order over the phone-- which doesn't allow for redeeming your earned dominos rewards points. I asked if I could get a courtesy credit for the 45 minutes of inconvenience-- Nope. So rude.

I would leave zero stars if it was an option, I went to pick up my pizza tonight and not a single employee had any kind of gloves or hairnet on. DISGUSTING. What kind of resteraunt just lets their employees just put their hands all up in the cheese like that?!? They should be shut down.

Horrible customer service...and never got my food. So sad the employees are destroying these business...if I owned it I would be there every day making sure my customers get there food...I'm so over them taking my money and screwing me over...if my refund is not back tomorrow I'm suing them for theft....
