Food is ok but the service is horrible. I always have issues with this store whether I'm picking up or ordering delivery. Drivers are always 20 minutes to an hour late, and I just waited at the pick up window 20 minutes and had to go inside just to get someone to give me my order way after it was ready for pick up. There were 5 people on shift working and they weren't even busy.

I haven't had Domino's pizza in a couple months and my wife was wanting Marco's. I didnt want to drive to Gulf Shores and/or wait on it so I got Domino's. It was AWESOME!!! Everyone was happy! I also made the decision to get an extra pizza and get BBQ sauce instead of tomato, my new favorite place! Ive been looking for a good BBQ pizza and Domino's just won my vote!! My family all turned thier nose up and wouldn't try it but thats better for me, eat the other ones we got and ill finish it! š thank yall

We enjoyed it. Next time I'd get a thicker crust, we ordered thin crispy and for the amount of toppings we had it needed to be thicker. Lesson learned.

I ordered pizza for my crew at Firehouse Subs. Hector was very helpful on the phone and got my pizza here pretty quickly. After not having Dominos for a while it was so good! Beautifully made pizza!
Ordered 1 cheese pizza at 5:58pm and it didnāt leave the store until 7:00pm. I stayed on hold for 16 minutes till someone answered and when I asked for an update I was told it would be another 36-45 minutes until it arrived. Will not be ordering from here again.

So I order a delivery from Domino's in Foley. I had bad service, they gave me 4 different time frames when my Pizza will arrive, it didn't arrive on time, then they sent the person out with not enough change for a $33.51 order and knowing people probably gonna pay with $50 or more. Then I tried to call this store. Couldn't get nobody to answer. They made like they were too busy to answer the phone. I placed my order at 7:14 and but was told it was placed 7:30. Since I waited for a over a hour, I should have gotten it for free. And I didn't have the correct change and the driver didn't have enough change he or she had to take the food back to the store so that's why you got a one star review from me. And possibly be my last time shopping with Domino's in Foley. I hope your corporate read this and make a effort to address the issue and make sure they know what customer service is and how you supposed to handle things. Have a great day

Wowā¦ absolutely pathetic. My sub had one tiny Ā½-ounce piece of meat ā thatās it. Might as well have just sold me a loaf of bread and called it a day. A place that skimps this badly on food should be shut down.
