They did not have the staff to function properly. The food was OK. The air conditioning either was broken or has off. Don't plan on eating there

If you're ever in Foley, Alabama, you'll definitely want to check out El Díablo. This restaurant is a hidden gem, serving up some of the most devilishly delicious cuisine you'll ever taste. With a name like El Díablo, you know there's something different about this place. So come on in and prepare to be tempted by the flavors of the south!

It was good considering they weren't open inside the building :( & The margaritas were weak. But Super nice guys! They worked with what they had available. Maybe dress up the front

I'm only giving El Diablo 3 stars because the lady at the counter was super nice and wonderful. It was memorial day and this place was an absolute ghost town because it's quick service only. There was not a service staff on site. The same lady who took our order outside the restaurant was the one who brought our food to the table. Extremely limited menu options. Like 6 choices. There were more options for alcohol than food. The empanadas were absolute fire. They were soo good. Best thing there. Everything else was very okay. The food was not bad, but I wouldn't call it Mexican lol. There were no beans on the menu period. I got a chicken bowl that was just chicken and rice and you have to dress it up yourself with lettuce and stuff that has been sat by the door on a bucket of ice. They got it out of the kitchen really fast. Water and drinks were $3 because they are in bottles. My husband got a chicken burrito that was essentially a rice burrito. It was $45, $9 of which was drinks, so it wasn't terribly expensive, but if we had known what we were walking into, we would have gone to taco bell. Won't be back.

This place is FIRE!! Highly recommend the baha shrimp tacos, they were literally the best I’ve ever had! Great staff and very cool environment with indoor and outdoor seating.

We got here after attending the rides and park, and before any sort of rush. I wish more people knew about the amazing service, food, and vibes that this place has to offer. The drinks and the food are top notch and honestly a breath of fresh air compared to most tex mex or Hispanic eateries.

A remarkable Mexican restaurant. From the moment I walked in the restaurant I knew I found something special. The artwork on the walls was unique, the music was fun, and the staff was genuinely friendly. To start, I enjoyed a margarita on the rocks, made with fresh squeezed juices and sweetened with agave, topped with lime and a beautiful edible flower. The appetizers were great, especially the empanadas and the homemade salsa, but I needed to save room for my entrée. While my dinner companions raved about the steak fajitas and the steak of the day (that was impressively flame-finished at the table) I thoroughly enjoyed the Yucatán Grilled Chicken. It was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The grilled vegetables served with the entrees were terrific as well. The onions, peppers, zucchini and yellow squash had the perfect amount of crunch. Sadly I did not have room in my full stomach to order dessert, but I did taste a spoonful of my nephew’s sopapilla - yummy cinnamon flavors. The evening was a taste sensation. I look forward to my next visit!

We ordered 4 Entrées. the Quesadilla was wet with grease, the steak tacos had an off putting taste, and the steak had a weird texture to it. the fish tacos were just bad and the el Diablo steak was the worst steak I’ve ever eaten and was over cooked! 10 out of 10 don’t recommend!!????

Our server, Gavin, was friendly and helpful, the food was delish and the margarita was appealing to the eyes AND the tastebuds!

Dietary restrictions: They had plenty of gluten free options and they were clearly indicated on the menu.

Our experience at El Diablo was pretty good. It wasn't busy, so we were seated pretty quickly, then brought chips and salsa. Our waiter came soon after for our drink order and appetizer. After ordering, our order came pretty quickly. The food was good. We paid and left. This next part, I need to say that I don't think it had anything to do with El Diablo or their food. But my daughter got sick. We (the wife and I) just think she ate and drank too much and her stomach rejected some of it. El Diablo has an outdoor margarita bar, so I rushed over to get a cup of water and some napkins. The bartender didn't hesitate to help and I really appreciated it. She was fine the rest of the evening. I wish I would have gotten the bartenders name to give him proper credit though.

Samantha was great. We had no wait and service was quick and polite. Definitely recommend the chicken nachos. This a ton of food on a plate. Beans and chicken layered in the chips. Three people ate on this at our table. Very very good. Will be back if in the area.

We ordered shredded chicken tacos, cheese dip, and cheesy steak fajitas. All the food had a strong smokey flavor that you kinda got sick of by the end of the meal. It wasn't very good. On the upside, the service was really good, but doesnt out weigh the bad food.

Food was cold and mediocre. Have had better at other chain restaurants. We ordered a burrito covered in quaso and it came out plain with nothing on it and had to ask for the quaso we paid for. $2.50 for quaso. They only had 2 other tables while we were there and our food came out cold as well as before our appetizer. Only saw our server 4 times but she was very sweet. But other than that was not a good experience on a Tuesday afternoon. We will not be returning.
