I got mine to go, I ended up eating more long black hair than I did sub. I will never step foot in that place again. It was horrible. I hope management will reach out to me about this. Was looking forward to getting a sub here and was not impressed by the way the manager Suzie speaks to her employees. Speaking down to your staff members is not what i would want for my restaurant, couldnt even finish my meal in house because she was being so nasty i just had to leave.

They definitely need customer service training…I ordered on Door Dash however the restaurant made my order wrong so I called the store and was told to come up there and get the correct sandwich and was told they was sorry for the inconvenience only to get to the store and the lady I spoke with on the phone acted as though she didn’t know what I was talking about and even accused me of coming up there last week doing the same thing. I’m looking at the manager like why would I come up here if she didn’t tell me to then the lady who I spoke with on the phone hands me my sandwich that she already had ready but denied telling me to come get it.
