Feedback was given, and I received a harassing phone call from floor manager Christina. It was a horrible experience with a terrible attitude. It was basically a call to say that I was wrong when I had proof of receipt. I would never recommend this place.

Not my first visit but my worst visit. Called in order to pick up in 15 minutes. When i arrived I stood in line to pay for 10 minutes. I paid and the manGer said he had my order in the computer. Everyone before me got their food and set at their tables to eatA person got his pickup order and left. I asked the manager wlabout my engineer sandwich. He looked perplexed. All four behind the counter were talking and laughing but not working. I said 30 minutes in store waiting on a call in order was ridiculous After about 5 minutes a tall guy handed me a bag and said have a nice day with a smearky smile. I know this isn't how Firehouse subs wants to do business. I know this is not what you want to hear but You know it will affect your customers. 3/23/2024 evening shift.

On 2/5/24 at 5:57 pm I ordered an Italian no mayo no mustard, xtra Italian dressing. An Engineer sandwich reg , and a Mac and cheese. I check the bag as I'm leaving , I couldn't see any so asked if it was in the bag. The unkempt gentleman gave me a put upon look as if it were my fault he didn't put it in there and turned to prepare it. Never an apology. Then when I got home there was mayo on the Italian and no mustard on the Engineer and no pickles with either sandwich! This place has really gone downhill, and with all the choices we have now in Foley for sandwiches, I won't bother going here again.!!

I have been a great supporter of this chain for years - the Foley AL 1167 9th Ave, has always been great. Except for today - At 11:52AM order#20018, I ordered 1 Mac & Cheese, 2 Hook & Ladders both large with everything - pickle on the side to go order. Tipped 20%. Subs were barely heated and the the Mac & Cheese was not quite to room temp yet. No big deal - my complaint is - the amount of meat in the sub was about 1/2 what they always have served. At these prices $37.83 - I'll try somewhere else. Jersey Mike's here I come...

Very happy they brought back the Hawaiian King pork and slaw!!
I was very disappointed for the first time. I was really wanting a good tuna fish salad sandwich.Ingredients were about half of what they use to be.Two large sandwiches and two brownies were 40 dollars.

Upon entering Firehouse Subs in Foley, Alabama, we received their customary greeting. The restaurant was busy with lunchtime guests so we waited in line for a short period of time before ordering. After ordering, we waited at a table while our sandwiches were being prepared.Our sandwiches were freshly prepared and were hot when we picked them up at the counter. The bread was fresh and soft and our food was prepared as ordered.The only negative comment we might have is that the quantity of meat on the sandwiches seems to have been reduced since we first became Firehouse customers several years ago.Still, the sandwiches are very good and we will visit Firehouse Subs again wherever we happen to travel.
Food is always tremendous! Customer service is great and even though it is a bit expensive it's definitely worth the price. Great job to Firehouse!

I enjoyed the fire station theme of Firehouse Subs. It really brought out the firehouse vibe. The food and the service were great. I felt like I ended up with a good value for what I paid for my sub, it was excellent.
