Immediately sat in a table too small for our party ( of 5) we requested a bigger table and were moved across the restaurant to the exact same table just in a new location! The place was not busy and there was more than enough staff to accommodate. Waited over 10 minutes to get our drink orders (waters, coffee, juice) the waitress set the handle of the coffee pot into my water glass filled with water, never brought me a fresh glass of water. Food arrived cold and wrong (potatoes instead of greens as requested. Butter on pancakes when asked not to be. Powdered sugar on top of kids toast for whatever reason). Half of the order was luke warm at best and our waitress never came back to check after food, had to ask other servers for bill and cups to take juice to go. We are avid first watch eaters and I actually worked at one for years and am aware of their high standards that this 100% did not meet!

The food is pretty good here and the service most of the time. I will say 8 dollars is high for a pot of coffee. They do some healthier offerings which i like.
