I've been there several times. Good service, especially from Amanda, she also makes excellent drinks.

Waldorf chicken salad wrap and broccoli salad is my favorite, But honestly everything is really good!

Food was fantastic. Must go!!!!

Our server Samatha was very courteous and helpful. Her recommendations for the food was spot on. And the food was terrific! Great authentic taste that hits the pallet just right! The people are great and the vibe rocks!

The absolute best desserts in the area. Tiramisu, gelato, and cannoli were outstanding. If you are in Gulf Shores, you must go there.

Frankly, I was embarrassed bringing our family there last night after our daughter's graduation. I'm a long-time customer, and chose your restaurant after the special occasion because it is one of our favorite places. when we got there we were told our group was sitting outside on the porch, there was no one from our group on that porch. when I walked into the restaurant I realized why. The place was completely empty. everyone was getting ready to go home, and it was only 8:30. they close at 10:00. other families from the graduation have started to show up, quickly. Our waitress had three large groups. She did great considering the shock of all of it. I'm not happy about the way everyone was treated by everyone else working there. everyone seemed bothered that we were all there. I've never felt so unwelcome at a place that I would consider to be a favorite.The food quality wasn't what it usually is either. Same people who were upset about us being there. were preparing our food. They also turned off the open sign at about 9:25. I will reconsider the next time I have $400 to spend on dinner.

Absolutely disgusting, and expensive

Amazing food and service! Attentiveness from all the staff, even the owner! We have been twice in 1 week and will be back again! If you like cheesecake this is the place to get it!

We had a great experience at Gelato Joe's. Our waitress Tammy was excellent. Her recommendations on menu items were fantastic. We tried fried green tomatoes, vegetable beef soup, French dip, stuffed shells with meat sauce marinara, salad, garlic bread & vanilla strawberry cake. Every item was incredibly tasty. Tammy is a superior waitress. She took wonderful care of us. We would highly recommend Gelato Joe's!
