Tried the OWA grilled cheese and added a burger patty in the middle as the bartender suggested, and it was actually phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I'd really like to review the food here but the service is so poor I don't think we will even get drink refills. We've been here over an hour and have been served an appetizer (pretzels and queso, which was quite tasty) and a single round of drinks. We have resorted to shouting out at our waitress as she walks by. Everyone in the restaurant is staring but we are still being ignored. It's become rather comical. I figure this will be my one and only visit to this or any of thier other locations.

If we ever actual get our entrées, I might come back with a separate review.

Well some time has passed and we finally have our dinner. We eventually were able to flag down another server who sorted things out, refilled our beverages and ultimately deliveried our food. We had a variety of dishes, including the Cheese sandwich, Philly, Sliders and Burgers and a Shrimp Platter. Everyone was pleased with thier meal but, we laughingly admitted that could be due to the long, very long, delay in its delivery. The only serious criticism of the food concerned its temperature, being somewhat cooler then was desired. Once we had finished eatting we were back to needlessly waiting to pay the bill. The wifes and kids, tired of waitin, went on to the park while we stayed behind, standing by the table, coats on and credit cards in hand. Once the bill was paid, we had been in the restaurant for over 2.5 hours. Not a world's record, but not bad. Maybe they will break the record next time.

Cheers.

food is pretty good not horrible it’s cute in here but they are actually rationing with the lemons they gave me the smallest lemons known to man and when i asked for more got even smaller ones, the also failed to clean the table when i got here so that was kinda gross idk it’s just mid and it took forever to get the food, i added a pic of the lemon in my water and the salt on the table that was here when i got here, my waitress also asked if we had another server come up to our table or something of the sort and no one did idk if that was important but that’s all i have to say, overall NOT groovy

I wish I would have known about this place sooner. The waitress was great and the hamburger was terrific. We came in on Friday and ate at Lambert's which was okay. If I had known about this place we would have eaten there twice and skipped Lamberts.

We should have read the reviews first. Very slow night, but great atmosphere ( karaoke on the patio with a crowd - but the large restaurant almost empty ). Staff super friendly but when I asked questions about several dishes, waitress could not answer my questions (told me coleslaw was pink but couldn’t tell me any ingredients) We ordered garlic Parmesan mushroom appetizer which didn’t come out until long after we received our meal ( bc we asked about them ) - manager? removed from our bill. Appetizer had good flavor but nothing great. My Crab cake meal was very disappointing & very over priced ($26) ( more like flavored breading patties ) and broccoli side got an additional upcharge ( no seasoning at all ), pink cole slaw had an interesting flavor. Daughter- Chicken fingers & fries super disappointing. Fingers had no flavor other than super spicy ( pepper? )crispy breading … they were overcooked. The fries had no salt / seasoning at all. Son: some kind of sub sandwich - stated it was disappointing. Our bill was close to $100 for the 3 of us. Glad we tried it, but we won’t be going back. I feel bad writing this review because the staff was so nice.

The service is what makes this place 5 stars! We came from out of town and will be telling all our friends to ask for Stan when they visit. Everyone was extremely friendly and went above and beyond! Even putting on the Auburn game for us in a room full of Alabama fans :) Food is great as well, definitely bar food, but met our needs. From the hostess to the manager and everyone in between....thank you!!!!

Believe the other reviews and eat someplace else. The food in the amusement park is better than here. Cooks should most assuredly find another line of work they are better suited for.

Myke was an AWESOME server. The food came quick and delicious! My Bloody Mary was perfect and the chicken was so juicy. We love coming here with family and friends!

Better service at Whataburger this morning, kids mac n cheese, horrible, wings; mid but at least warm. Wrong salad, mashed potatoes, barely salt and pepper in them. Worst part, asked for straws 3 times.

We attended a team party in a reserved room after the state cup soccer tournament this past weekend. There were at least 70 guests and they had 1 waitress to take all orders/drinks. An hour and a half after taking orders and bringing out everyone's food she brings out 2 children's hamburger plates (we ordered the adult burgers) and those burgers and 5 fries (literally) made an Aldi frozen hamburger patty look like filet mignon. We still did not have our appetizer Nachos to share, which we had added Gulf shrimp to. Sent one of the burgers back, the other kid ate it because he was so hungry. Waited another 20 minutes, still no appetizer Nachos or burger. Went out and spoke to a manager and she never apologized but asked me what protein I had topped the Nachos with? When I told her shrimp, she told me that was the reason the appetizer Nachos took so long....because it takes a long time to cook shrimp. Went back in the room for another 15 minutes, still no food so we asked for our check. When it was finally produced the food we never received was still on there. We spoke with ANOTHER manager who took the items off and we expressed our displeasure with the terrible service, food we had received, and management's nonchalance. She said she was sorry, made no adjustment to the bill, and told us that she hoped we would let them have a chance at doing better next time. Be assured, Groovy Goat, that we will NOT be back.

I had been once before and the service was outstanding and the food great. Sadly I expected the same service as well as food on my last visit. Granted my first time there was during tourist season, but with a total of 19 customers during the off season it seemed waiting 30 minutes for our drinks and a hour for our ( there was my son and myself) food was a bit much. Our server tended to our table and only 1 other table. She checked on us twice in the entirety of us being there. The food was over cooked and dried out. I would think at least the service would be good considering tips are how waitstaff make the majority of their money. Hopefully next time we go, things will be better.
