As many times as I have waited for Hardee’s to open, this morning was by far was the worst experience I have ever had. I am running off of 2 hours of sleep but I still try to be in a good understanding mood. Hardee’s had 10 minutes until they opened and have had a line of cars wait through the drive through for way longer and never had issues. As I was sitting there the manager I assume it was came over the speaker and said “we aren’t open yet” with 4 minutes remaining until they open and I said yes I know I’m going to wait. Then he proceeded with “ well what did you want to order” I told him he said okay pull around. I get up to the window with the expectations of being greeted with friendly faces like in the past but it was the complete opposite. I said I didn’t mind waiting he no hesitation replied with “well you’re messing up my drive through time just sitting there” excuse me… but he also had an attitude and didn’t say anything else to me there was also a truck behind me as well. They lady who brought out my food once it was done I said thank you so much she gave me the worst look I’ve ever encountered with customer service. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for many years now and I was just really disappointed considering past experiences I’ve had… will be going elsewhere. So sad because I love Hardee’s… but I can’t take being treated the way they treat people especially starting off my morning at 5 am..

Poor customer service. Ordered all our food and paid to find out they were out of chicken, bacon and many other items. Did not want a refund due to the time to wait and asked for replacement items to add up to the amount stated and was refused. Got money back and left and will not be back
I absolutely love Hardee's! Not only is there food fresh and tasty, the service is wonderful! I get to see Pam every time I come through the drive through and she is so friendly, funny and sweet also prompt. The food is delicious but truly what I look forward to is seeing her smiling face when I come through❤️

Parking: Very clean and friendly staff. Food was hot and fresh. Hats off to the team

Seems lately every time I get my biscuit bacon egg and cheese biscuit it's so hard I can't hardly eat it I am paying $6 for a biscuit I cannot eat
