Sooo rude . I had $100 bill from Christmas that’s all I had I spent almost $40 on breakfast for 4 people which isn’t bad but it isn’t exactly what I expect from fast food either . She sees the $100 and says is that all?? Is that all u got ?? I said yeah. That’s all I got. She slammmed the window on my hand bc she’s mad I had American US money and needed $60 bucks in change. The food came out and they must’ve dropped it all on the floor bc they were mad. It’s disgusting people don’t know how to count change and get mad when we use cash I’m sorry but until it’s outlawed I’ll be using cash! Never go here again, trailer trash staff the bald headed girl with red lipstick is the rude one who slammed the window on me.

Was horrible I ordered the new double grilled cheese bacon combo my bread wasn't toasted like shown in the picture I work 2 minutes from this location my food was cold the cheese wasn't melted I had to microwave my 15.00 dollar burger fries was cold also the patty taste old and I was the only customer there my food should have been fresh I was on my lunch break dont have time to bring it back.will not come back to eat there again

This place needs a face lift the place felt old and worn out. The staff did not seem to have it together they took forever getting my food I would not recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time or money. There are definitely better options in foley I will not return!

The app doesn’t work as the restaurant has not installed the Hardee’s app to the restaurant yes. It’s a lot of the bargains are not available. The staff accommodated with A. discount which helped the hashbrowns were crispy and delicious. The cinnamon bun cinnamon roll was undercooked and still a little doughy. Coffee was delicious. Orange juice was from simply orange so can’t go wrong there. We’ll be back with a few tweaks, this could be a stellar location.

Staff was not friendly. Very snappy as if we were on their time. Food was even worse. Everybody's food was cold, every burger and ham melt, even drinks were flat. Only the fries were warm. DO BETTER!

I do love a Hardee's biscuit. It is the best one around. I usually eat loaded omelets, but like their sausage biscuits, too
The food is great. The customer service was great from the front register gentleman. I gave such a low score due to the GM. She was so incredibly rude to her workers and also to customers. We were eating our food and listened to her be so disrespectful to a customer for not getting what he thought he ordered. His mistake but instead of her explaining it nicely she told him that she shouldn’t have to sit there and read the menu to him. And refused to fix it for him or even allow for him to pay the difference. This GM is out of line and has no respect for others. She got smart in front of a line of customers with the young worker at the front register. We are just visiting so of course we won’t be back but I wouldn’t spend my money there again if we came back.

Gena at the counter is a terrific asset to this business! She always has a smile and a nice word to say, nice personality and always stays busy! The manager is also good and Gena is 5 star!!!
